We have recently moved to Parsons Green and I am really happy to have found this gem of a garden centre. Great selection of plants and gardening stuff. My wife is such a regular that they know her name already! The team has been amazing trying to source some plants that are very rare and I have signed a maintenance contract for our mid-size London garden. Fulham is great so far, and we are creating a little community very quickly. And the Glasshouse is our perfect stop on our weekend walk. We can't wait to sit down for brunch as soon as the Government allows. I couldn't recommend them more.

I am fortunate to have the choice of three gardening centres with in walking distance of where I live. The Palace Gardener is the best. Good layout displaying a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor plants, with accompanying accessories. A friendly and helpful staff is on hand to answer questions, queries and make suggestions. With the added bonus of a cute cafe, you can make your visit a genuine treat.

I often purchase outdoors plants from this garden centre. I recently bought two beautiful indoors plants. Valeria was extremely helpful and advised me very well. She re-potted the plants for me etc. Delivery was excellent too. Very helpful drivers who accepted to put the heavy plants in the right location for me. The products are quite expensive however, but it's nice to have this local garden centre nevertheless. I also would like to mention the great coffee shop and look forward to it reopening soon.

Not sure the name of who helped me, but she was lovely. Really kind and patient with my indecisiveness and questions. She even showed me how to repot the plant I got because the pot I wanted was too big. I love my new plant! I will definitely be back.

Awesome place, great plants all well looked after and in good condition, good service from helpful staff, fab cafe. Was super busy when I went last but good crowd control for social distancing. Great for buying pressy's and Xmas decorations, yes a bit pricy, but good quality.

The small garden is quite nice as it has a decent selection of healthy saleable plants and furniture selection. Plus it offers a bright indoor cafe. My experience has been quite inconsistent between 2017 and 2020. Sometimes I have felt the staff were enthusiastic, friendly and helpful but other times (most of the time) just being ignored. Example was when( late last summer) a young blond female staff at the payment counter didn’t offer to help with packing the plants into my reused garden palace plastic bags(not even offering). Nearby were her colleagues chatting away ( tasks free) and Stood there watching me doing it. She joined them in the conversation.I was surprised they believed her interaction with me was finished after my payment(!) . It’s such a shame as it is near my residence and I enjoy my walking there on a nice day. I’m not sure if it is because I’m an oriental or speak with a mild foreign accent since racism is often felt in this country. It feels terrible to be ignored at the sales counter as a regular customer. I don’t think I’ll patronise the shop again once 2021 national lockdown eases this summer.

Some staff are great. Some of them should not be working where talking to clients is a necessity.

We have ordered the last two Christmas trees delivered to our house from here, but this year we decided to get some of our decoration from here as well. But I couldn’t believe how incredibly nice and help the staff were. I love the atmosphere and the coffee shop just gives it an edge. The staff are very knowledgeable and warm. Great variety and a fantastic atmosphere. Couldn't recommend it more.

Disappointing that they no longer accept dogs. We went to the glasshouse cafe inside the Palace Gardener and it is beautiful - Great coffee and really tasty food however it is a real shame they aren't allowing dogs anymore. We used to live locally and frequently visited the garden centre and the cafe with our dog but as this has come to an end we wont be coming back unfortunately. The staff in the cafe were incredibly friendly but garden staff were very rude, said they ultimately owned the space and they decide whether or not dogs are allowed and not the cafe so it left a bad taste in ours mouths after having a lovely breakfast.

Rubbish and expensive for what? Waitress dirty clothes, and rude.and place crowded. Coffee from albania mean water plus sugar.no good for the zone you are. You need uniform and brush the hair too all staff.plus lower price for benches too far expensive. Please you need a totally new staff and make up.to your place.dont forget a lot of family come to you. And they wanted see nice people no miserable face.sorry this is my opinion.im Italian and I know about style and elegance plus fashion.totally change or training your staff to be clean or dress appropriate. Ciao Roberto.

Overpriced and finally dead plants! The staff were very nice on the day of purchase they even planted the plants for me free after charging me 185 pounds for the simple arrangement in the picture. I paid it thinking they were professional. I was sold the bamboos as evergreen in November and looked after them even bringing them in during frost. While the central plant survived well the bamboos died despite all my efforts. They were not cheap at 52 pounds. When I brought the plants to the store I was greeted by a barrage of company policies and excuses and attempts to deflect responsibility. The manager even tried to deny potting the plants in store and then realized their worker forgot to put a vital ingredient to draw the water away from the roots in the planter. But apparently that's not why the plants have died. Almost as a boast he even said that they wouldnt waive the potting fee even for a lady who spent 3000 pounds on plants. I hope she had more luck than me. In the end was offered 20% discount on replacement along with free potting (normally 40 pounds!) . He was rude and more interested in telling me his company policies than listening to me as a client. I think next time I will chose a place with less professionals and more customer care. Meanwhile most of their planters are half price on the web and If it's coffee you're after there are better coffee shops around...

Better than your average garden centre, great advice on how to manage plants, the best bit is the cafe. Run by a great bunch of guys/girls. Perfect place for brunch, the F.A.T and chili green eggs are a winner. The toasties are spot on too, the CBA will bring a tear to your eye. Coffee heads will be pleased as the quality is right up there and the service never fails. They show the cricket and rugby on odd occasions and the wifi is decent enough to work from.
