DO NOT GO WITH THIS COURT!!!! Was given this court body via GOV.UK regarding a on going claim. I received no updates about what was going on with the bailiffs, and had to chase the case myself. When calling them, I was unprofessionally hung up on, on multiple occasions by the one same receptionist that I get through to every time I call. I was then given a refund in the post for the warrant that i placed against the debtor with no context!! The warrant has now been called off, and there has been no progress to my claim. Tragic service, utter sh*te.

impossible to contact with. They will never return calls as customer service promise within 3 days, forget it. They will not respond to emails either. The only time without fail they will contact you quickly is to take a payment, otherwise just don't bother.

the incompetence of the judges is truly shocking they are not there to administer justice at all. if you've got brown or black skin, prepare to lose. in my case the judge would not even look at evidence which proved the account in question was not mine. we will appeal and i will ask for the judges decision making process to be reviewed. just because some small time county court judge has one opinion doesn't mean higher judges will agree.

Is about a month we are still waiting for the call ,, all the positive feedback are fake , I have record the call , I’m ready to go to the court If what I’m saying is not true , when I asked to talk to the manager they refuse , I don’t understand .
I have not seen my kids for log time now , all because of Darty system and the corruption in tower hamlet ,

If you are not white or bungouli or Pakistani, you can not resolve your problem , this my experience in all administration in tower hamlets , every think is face over there

They lose papers. They don't answer emails the judges won't do anything based on evidence unless you have a solicitor or even a knowledge you. The fact I made and prepared a case myself should show you I'm serious but they just throw out cases like its nothing

In 2 years second time I have a hearing booked but there is no hearing.
First time December 2016 the other party postponed it and the court didn't let me know... took time off work went there waited 2 hours to find out hearing was vacated.
Second time November 2017 waiting on a chair from 9.30am to 4pm ..."sorry we don't have time for your case it will be re-booked" ... when?? In another year time??
I believe we were the only case without solicitors so they decided to give our time slot to another case.
Lost pay at work and there is no compensation.
I thought Courts promote Justice!! No they don't they promote their own interest.
Don't feel like being in a civilized Country.
UK is becoming a third world country!!!

The Court lost my Counter claim.
They told me to look for Legal Advise!!!!!

The courts have made several mistakes in my case resulting in it being struck out, i feel very badly let down by the court, it would put me off even bothering to seek justice in future. this is not justice then, the court system is broken - i took a thief to court, who had stolen from me online via ebay, and guess what, she obviously knows how to play a court, what an absolute shambles, now she thinks she can open false claims and get her money and keep the goods, internet fraud, and the courts are sanctioning it.

Turns out this is a system where you are better off when you simply ignore their communication and don't respond! Basically being punished for showing up! So simply ignore their letters and you will be rewarded for not being entered a judgement against.

Outstanding court service, this should be an example to the whole country of how courts should be run! My calls were answered immediately and the judge (pictured) even gave me a lift home after the court hearing. You can't get any better than that ;)

A most APPALLING 'service'!
When someone actually answers the telephone they are quite helpful and polite, however, the emphasis must be 'when' they answer. I have telephoned this court literally dozens of times before a human voice answers. The court itself is slow with replying to correspondence and e-mail traffic, too. Over four months into a claim, I am still nowhere near a court hearing date. Either hire staff available to answer the telephone, or close the court down.

£400 Pounds my defence was rejected clearly judge and representative are in collusion with big parking companies ie CPM PARKING EYE ETC.
Ripping people off so the ultra rich can get richer bankrolling millions off of decent people.
Destroying peoples credit rating over parking fines.

I had a large number of documents to file. The service provided by Amy O'Leary, the bailiff clerk, was efficient, prompt and really human in the sense of how courteous, polite and helpful she was. I didn't have high expectations, but how wrong was I? A great service, so thank you.

Wow - having looked through the comments I guess its a common theme. The guys dont answer the phone there is no clarity on dates. I have tried throughout the day for the phone to ring out. An when you do get through and your heart leaps for joy a little they hang up and crush the air out of you!!

This courthouse takes months to type out orders if it does so at all, and it is hit or miss if they send out notifications of hearing dates. Generally I have to call the helpline to find out hearing dates. This courthouse is not unique, Reading is as bad, but it is one of the worst.in a generally very bad nationwide County Court system where everything moves at a snail's pace, email filings do not get placed on the record, emails go unanswered, hearings get adjourned almost routinely (sometimes 2 or 3 times on a trot) and to boot it all fees are so high that litigants face a barrier to access to the courts in any event, especially when they have to keep filing applications to set aside judgments for hearings that they were never notified about to start with..

Does this court actually exist? I have lost count on the amount of times I have called and been on hold every time for at least 30 minutes, and yet no information or answer. I have sent 6 emails from the 30th August requesting information about my up and coming court date, again no answer from the courts. You can not speak to anyone if you turn up at the courts so what do you do???

Ringing for weeks and they don't answer the phone. I even tried 9am a few times with 3 different phones all ringing. Some of the phones, they picked up and slammed back down! This is so bad, people are missing court dates due to the administration. There is a person there who begins with Car.. and she is the rudest.

SHOCKING
Send appeal almost 1 year ago. Cheque cashed of of my account - no response. Today I received a bailiff warrant. My appeal was ignored despite my cheque being cashed. It really is a shocking state of affairs this place. I cannot belive they have cashed my cheque for £255 pounds no appeal nothing then a year later I receive a bailiff warrant.

2 months after last hearing anything (August 2017) I was told my case file "may have been lost". When I do occasionally get through on the phone since October, I'm told to "email for an urgent update" by an utterly indifferent member of staff. Emails have yielded nothing since October and even formal complaints to the Court Manager made in mid-December have met with silence. I appreciate the Court Service has been cut but it seems that there is no Service whatsoever from the Court. I issued proceedings because I have a dispute with someone, not because I wanted another and certainly not because I wanted to pay for the privilege. I'm so utterly frustrated I'm left writing Google reviews because I can't do anything else. Would rate several stars lower if I could.

Appalling service. No one answers the phone, staff are unhelpful and they managed to loose paperwork I personally handed through their drop box. Considering this facility is a court it actually staggers me that they can be so dysfunctional. Incredible since these facilities are funded by the tax payer.

The worst service ever, even a third world will a have better service, incompetent staff, mishandling of case, judges dont have correct information, information gets lost, once sent no one receives, have to chase them for years, asked to adjourn a hearing, they will struck out the application on 2 occassion, asked to submit new application and pay, then comes hearing, letter gets sent home, when you go, its a wrong time and case is strucked out, asked for a new application.
A dog will have more human value than these idiots who tell you barage of lies at every step of the way to rip you off by asking you for new application each time even if its their failure, becauae they know nobody will point finger at them due to contempt of court while they please their ultra rich, while the poor suffers in the hands of these pathetic selfish people, who have no shame and moral value, they are some of the most degenerated people of moral values.
I hope someone takes notice of that, they are like vultures who live off poor people flesh, what does a common man do

Have completely lost confidence in the Justice system after a hearing at Clerkenwell County Court. Solicitors sitting as part time judges to increase their earnings may be in conflict of interest with Goverment policies. Plus they can be young incompetent and no one checks what they are doing as appealing a judgment is practically impossible.
Finding a competent judge comes down to luck, like winning the lottery.

I have been waiting for a D180 form to be signed for months. I have tried to call several times, no reply, and I decided to send the cheque they ask you to send in order for the judge to sign the certificate, they took the money a month ago and I still have not received the certificate. Very unhelpful!!! I do not even know how to complain formally. Anyone knows?

On 11th September 2017 I paid a fee for bailiffs to enforce a judgment.
To date they have not carried out the service.
Like all of the other disgruntled customer who have left negative reviews; I have made countless calls, sent countless emails and even a recorded delivery letter – to which there has been no response.
I even involved my MP who is supposed to have a “hot line” and the court is not responding to her either.
So, I a Member of Parliament can’t get through to this court who can?
This should not be happening in 21st Century Britain but, what to do?

I filed a Third Party Dept Order with them. They charged me the incorrect fees, so the case never proceeded. I was told that it was my responsibility to check fees, but where are they published? Then they were unable to find the payment that had been taken. So I was chasing the payment as well as the claim, which was lost, so I had to start the whole procedure from scratch. When you do get to talk to a girl called Sandy for an update, she sounds completely and utterly indifferent. Useless, rude, unprofessional time wasters. SHAME ON YOU.

Rude staff. Phones that take to long to be answered and judges that see nothing, hear nothing and speak nothing when you present your evidence. If your case is transferred here, I strongly advice to ask for it to be transferred back to your choice of court. Your case will be at the mercy of biased, unwise and questionable judgement without consideration of facts.

I paid for my document to be retrieved on 29th July 2017. It is now 28th Sept 2017and despite numerous calls, emails and starting a complaint I am still without the document I purchased 3 months ago. I was promised a call back again today by 12 o'clock, and at 14:16. After trying for the past 2 hours I'm afraid i will have to admit defeat. If there was a minus star rating I would use it, unfortunately I had to put 1 star in order to post. I guess my next step is finding the MP for this area to escalate my compliant.

Customer service line is never ever answered. Have tried twelve times and been on hold for more than half and hour each time. This was over a three day period.
Emails can't be answered for up to a week so what is one to do when you have an urgent enquiry ?
