Totally incompetent. The customer service team are terribly trained and give incorrect advise. This has lead to 5+ screw ups and our case being struck out due to information the customer service team gave.
They are very unwilling to help and rude when questioned.
I would avoid this court in every possible way.

If your court case gets a transfer to here try to get it transferred. They never answer the phones, reply to emails, you just dont know what is happening :/. Ive been waiting 5 months to hear ANYTHING and all ive had is one poorly written letter. It doesnt take much to reply to an email or answer a phone

Horrifically managed, No answer machine or pre recorded message to tell you it's closed when it is. Reads out automated options, then says "Press 4", then immediately hangs up - Tried all day today. How can someone in charge allow this to happen . You should be ashamed of yourself and your team #BadManagment

Each time I've rang the court, I've had to keep trying the number for a full day (genuinely between 9.30am - 4pm) as it just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing. It's INFURIATING.

Customer service is never receive the call. Government's authority, who should we blame. 6 months before February 2017 I send the possession claim, no reply received yet till August 2017. They are providing rubbish service.

This is probably the most disgusting service I have ever had the misfortune to have come across, you do not answer phones, emails, or letters, on top of which you do not receive claimants in person.
I believe even Kafka himself would have had to go some to match the imbecilic nature of your courthouse.

This place is very unhelpful, recieved 0 cooperation from customer services. I haven't yet been rude once, yet everytime I speak to them, especially Mrs Vasu; if that is the correct name she gave me, I'm always treated like I am not human .
I would not recommend this court at all, it has taken several months just to get my name changed and yet once it has been done, it has been done incorrectly. They take no ownership of their mistakes but blame the claimant and tell you to "forget it" and tell you your wrong.
I really hope they use the recording of my call to train their staff on how not to treat customers as I received disgusting customer service and I hope they recognise this review and take it seriously.

I have been calling customer services for 5 days and no-one ever answers the phone. The court has also lost my documents but luckily I have proof were signed for. I therefore have been forced to make a formal complaint. I also tried going to the court in person to be told to get on the phone to customer services as there is no longer a customer service desk at the Court. I don't want to give them any stars at all but the system won't work unless I put in one star.

Not a good court or phone service. If you need to raise a complaint about any mismanagement of your case by a judge. Go to the JUDICIAL CONDUCT INVESTIGATIONS OFFICE website and click on complaints.

This court is an embarrassment to our legal establishment. You will never get through on the phone to them, and if you expect your claim to be processed with any haste, you are mistaken. I've been waiting nearly ten months for a court date now, predominantly because the court has lost my papers not once or twice, but three times. If you can, transfer your case elsewhere. Clerkenwell and Shoreditch is an affront to our legal system.

Worst telephone line in the world spent 2 + hours trying to get through to nobody ,maybe Clerkenwell & Shoredtich Court should invest some of its HM revenue in to a" cup and string" for there reception desk. If Receive notice forum from Clerkenwell & Shoreditch Court ,just a bit of advice get a plane ticket far away as possible and RUNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for your dearest life .

4 times was on hold waiting for an advisor when at 45 minutes the call gets cut off.After checking open times online, I went down there at 11am and it was closed with a bit of paper stuck to the shutter. Nightmare to get hold of!

Fact is they are overwhelmed with work and new budgets mean they are unable to deal with it all at once. I have been on hold for approx 2 hours several times. The line keeps ringing after choosing an option. At other days you are connected right away. Really depends on the time or day you call.
