Bought a car a couple of weeks ago. had great customer service. I noticed a small chip on the windscreen several days later that had been an 'advisory' on the previous MOT and alerted them. They advised me where to go for the repair and they would pay for it - which they did. very happy with both the car and the service.

Wouldn't recommend, worse than buying at auction, as for aa waranty it's not worth the paper it's printed on. Mots are clearly carried out by stevie wonder! Shoddy repairs were offered but I declined them. There are less faults in my 250 quid 20 year old estate car than the one I had from these cowboys

I bought my fiesta from Pavilion back in June. The staff were friendly, open and helpful, I didn't feel any pressure, they allowed me time on my own to look the car over and weren't pushy. They were really efficient in booking me in the see the car and have a test drive, also getting a fresh MOT for me to drive away the next day. I read a lot of reviews before picking a dealership as I wanted to go somewhere trustworthy so think it's important to leave one for others to read. It's been 8 months since I bought the car so can safely say it's in great nick, had no problems with it at all and would highly recommend this business.

Zak was incredibly professional, helpful with me being nervous about test drive, informative about the car, they fixed a potential issue before I bought it, he wasn’t pushy at all and went above and beyond. Zak and his father responded to my concerns out of hours and even picked up keys from my house and checked car, brought it back to me (I thought car wouldn’t start but I wasn’t putting my foot on the brake, automatic car!). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, really refreshing.

Good customer service and dealt with Mai. Bought a 2010 Vauxhall Corsa. There were some dents initially on the driver side car door and they said they would have them fixed. They did and the car looked in excellent condition. They also put the car through an MOT which failed and they made all the necessary repairs so it passed before it was sold to me for the price promised. I would recommend this car dealership.

This dealer required advance payment of a deposit on a car I was interested in, BEFORE providing a test drive. This was not mentioned when I enquired about a test drive by phone.
For me that’s a warning flag straight off that the dealer is putting their interests before that of the customer.
So only visit if you’re happy with that arrangement. I wouldn’t have wasted my time if I had known. Plenty of other dealers to choose from.
Test driving a car is like trying on clothes or shoes before deciding they are right for you. Something you do BEFORE you make a decision.

Brought a 10 year old jazz back in July, overall things have gone well. Had the car checked over and serviced by Honda and it showed up some normal problems like corrosive discs which I was aware of when I brought the car. The MOT given was questionable as it was given despite a tyre tread depth being illegal and number plate lights being out without any advisory note (honda checked the car soon after the MOT was issued and were suprised it was passed but thankfully these issues were not major to rectify) but I understand Pavilions use a third party garage for their MOTs so it wasn't issued by them so for their own reputation sake I would recommened they go elsewhere for MOTs as reviews seem to have flagged this up before. On site service was great. Got to go on a decent long test drive with the car and a fair part exchange price. I would consider buying off Pavilions agian as I feel assured with the AA Seller Regulations in place but I would strongly advise with any used car to do your homework and get the vehicle throughly checked over by an independent inspector for any used car so you know what you are buying. I believe the AA seller dealership does offer this service. I hope I have many happy years with the Jazz. Thank you very much Pavilions.

So im now 4 months with my car from Pavillion cars, and its still running great. There was a clutch problem with it after a 100 miles, but the lady owner was very helpful even though it was not covered by the warranty. When viewing the car they just gave me the keys and left me to it, no salesmen or anything. It was very refreshing. Before they handed over the car they sent it for a brand new MOT. And the AA cover is great, especially as the clutch went. Have already recommended one friend to them.
12 months on, just passed MOT with flying colours. Car going great.

Got my BMW series 3 from here, glad of my decision for this car I initially went in looking for a larger saloon. It came with 6 months free warranty and also M.O.T included with the deal which sweetened the deal. Not had any problems with the car and grabbed it at a great price. So overall had a positive experience.

After reading reviews and believing all the 5*s, I went to see a car that is advertised on Gumtree, and is advertised as “very well looked after”.
I didn’t even need to speak to anyone to see what a state the car was. It was certainly NOT well looked after and not how they advertised.
Don’t waste your time like I just have!!
