Just bought a Dacia Sandero Essential from Hendy and I am very pleased with it.The staff were helpful and were able to show me around and explain workings of the car efficiently.
I was seen by a salesman Ollie Aben and we were able to do a satisfactory part exchange on my Hyundai i10 I found him to be pleasant knowledgeable and helpful.

Was told there was a recall on my car due to a fault where the DAB radio doesnt work. After being called to book the car in as the fault had now been rectified and arrived at Hendy's for the 2nd time to be told it wasn't fixed and it would be the end of July... more wasted time and petrol and still left with a car without a radio!

After some brushes with some dodgy car salesmen during our hunt for a used SUV, we were so pleased to meet Olli. He was knowledgeable, friendly, answered our multiple questions and didn't pressure us into buying a car. We ended up with a Dacia Duster and are really chuffed with it and the support that comes with it. Thank you for restoring our faith, Olli.

I bought a Dacia Duster from Hendy Brighton. I did so through a salesman Keith Mitten. Keith had not been there very long but he was polite informative and it was because of him I went ahead with the purchase. When my car was ready Keith came to collect me from home and did everything to make my purchase an easy and enjoyable task. I consider Keith to be an absolute asset to Hendy Brighton and wish him very well. Oh and I like my new car too.

Just brought a Renault Cilo from here and I can't praise them enough. The saleman who dealt with me was friendly from start to finish and help me with everything and explained everything to me. His name was Tom and I can't thank him enough. If you want a car and you go to this car dealer then you won't be disappointed and if you are lucky to get Tom he will get you a car that suits you. Do not use this garage especialy the service team bunch of rude pigs they have tried to con my girlfriend into paying for work that could of been done at any garage but as they picked the car up they refused to bring it back until the work was done. They phoned once and said there was one issue that needed doing soon and when my girlfriend said ill get it done some where else they then phoned back and magically found a problem that made the car unsafe to drive so would not return it even tho it was fine to drive it to thete garage. Scumbags. The sakes teams are nice very good at there job just stay away from service team.

I am a Customer with Motability, and recently just got my new Renault Captur vehicle, from Hendy Dacia, Brighton.
Araan, was the gentleman, who dealt with us, and his knowledge, was second to none. From the minute I was wheeled into the Showroom, and shown, the vehicle I was after, I knew, I would be leaving Hendys, feeling, full of ease, and extremely respected , by a very Knowledgeable Salesman. Nothing was to much for him.
I am really pleased with my car, and have no problem, In giving 100% feedback, over excellent service.
