I have been to Pavilion Cars after weeks of searching. Unlike the last dealer I have been to, they’re not pushy. They let me
check and sit on every car, try whatever I like, and answered all my questions as I went from 1 car to the other. After a couple of hours looking around, they gave me a good price on the chosen car and had the deal done. Next day, I got my car with 12 mos MOT, I even asked a massive favor which they gladly helped me with in securing my parking permit before I take the car home, had it delivered, and helped me with the slightest concerns I have when I had to check with them. Very patient and wonderful people. Thanks Naeem!

Went to look for a car at this waste piece of ground and to my horror saw cars which looked like they have just been dumped as the cars where all dirty and definitely not show room standard more like scrap yard standard and when I asked about one car I was given the keys for it then the sales person just walked away and let me do whatever.
So if your looking for a car avoid the place at all costs.

General sale was quick and easy. Sold with warranty and MOT. One month and £1500 later I had my car checked by a mechanic and to my displeasure was told there was a leak on the exhaust which was the reason my petrol was costing so much and i needed 2 new drop links. He was completely baffled why the drop links had not shown up on the MOT, not even as an advisory.
I called Pavilion cars and they told me they would need the car over night to check the damages and give me a quote if it is not on warranty (when i was told what the damage was after 20 mins with my normal mechanic) I explained what he told me about the MOT and was told to call the MOT place. Back ward and forwards to then be given an £80 quote for the drop links and to be told it is WEAR AND TEAR. I have had the car for a month.
Please take someone who knows cars VERY well with you to avoid having to pay out for repairs within weeks of having your car.

Purchased a Vauxhall Zafira from Pavilion cars a few weeks back. We were allowed to look over the car at our leisure, there was no 'hard sell' and the customer service was brilliant. They were even kind enough to help us sort out the car tax whilst we waited for the car to be signed over to us. We had a very small issue with the car after, which they have been quick to rectify. Would happily recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a good quality, used car.

Got few years ago Skoda Fabia from this company. MOT was done for me by them, fitted different size tires, don't know how it could pass MOT with this tires. Engine coolant sensor was faulty on the day of viewing, they promised to fix it for me. What they done just shortened with wire sensor so it won't give any fault alarm. When I asked them about it they couldn't comment on this, just said you can buy on scrapyard replacement very cheep, why then promise as fault will be fixed.
In general I wouldn't recommend this company. Had not pleasant experience with them.
As per you reply on my comment:
I'm not confused or anything like you says. Car was purchased from you and after not keeping you promise what is a point to come back to you, as you are already lying saying that as not selling this type cars!!! It was 02 reg green Skoda Fabia. And it is possible to confirm as payment done to you via bank card and paperwork completed by your company.
Obviously you don't do MOT but some other company do it for you and they do it just to put Pass on them. Not saying about road safe?
Yes you absolutely right as genuine customers would come back to genuine sellers!

I bought a Ford Ka from Pavilion car sales and asked about the condition of the brakes at the time. I was told they would be checked. The MOT came back with no advisories so I thought it was ok. But a warning light came on a month later, so I took to Mr Clutch. Who said that the car had been leaking brake fluid from the ABS for several months, and would cost over £1000 for a new ABS. Basically I was sold a dodgy car with a dodgy MOT. Now the Pavilion car sales will not return my calls, so the warranty is not worth the paper it's written on either. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Avoid, they clearly have a dodgy deal going on with the MOT place, & their mechanic is clueless. Just like another reviewer on here, we bought our car with a fresh one year MOT. Things started going wrong almost immediately. The suspension had broken parts, the brakes where shot, the clutch was shot, the list goes on. We took it back & they removed a bolt that was flapping about without trying to see where it came from. I then took it to a mechanic friend who gave us a list of problems & told us it would never pass an MOT & that we’d been taken for a ride. They are quite friendly, but just not trustworthy at all. We’ve paid more on repairing our car than we did on buying it.

DON'T TRUST - I was a first time buyer/owner when I bought from them a few yrs ago. I was given a free MOT and this is where they/their buddies botched it up and covered up a fault when it should have failed/been repaired properly. I was non the wiser until my next MOT where I discovered the fault was actually intentionally covered up. Should have paid much less for my used car, learnt my lesson. Dodgy business. I won't recommend Pavillion to anyone unfortunately, because they don't vet their own work/their partners. NOTE: It may have taken a while for me to finally leave this review, but I want buyers to beware - is it a coincidence that some of the other more recent 1 star ratings below mine also had a similar problem? Is it good customer service on their part to respond so unprofessionally to those reviews?

We have bought a couple of cars from pavillion cars before and decided to call in this week as we wanted to change our car for a smaller one. The sales team are very helpful and not pushy like other car sales places. After choosing a citroen c4 on monday we came away today with it being serviced ready and a full MOT. When I viewed the car I noticed the tyres were due replacing on the back and pavillion agreed to these being done with out any problem. The staff are always polite and helpful

Very rude ! Windows was not working and the child lock was off as tried several times . Making comments like I knew you wasn’t going to buy the car . Dose not help with you car sales as I was there last week looking at other cars . Also why would you turn off my phone as I couldn’t call it to find it? Avoid at all costs thieves.

Useless. Tried on 3 occasions to view a car they have got even turned up at the garage to find it all locked up. Various reasons why they are not open the times they state. Gave up and went elsewhere
