Purchase a Mercedes GLE from Strafford Cars in Brighton. The staff were really helpful and answered all questions I had about the vehicle before I made my way to their showrooms. Im quite picky so I asked for some footage of the underbody of the car which although is a strange request was supplied with no problem whatsoever. They genuinely cannot do enough to help which is a breath of fresh air when buying a used car. Thanks again, All the best.

Over promised and under delivered. Hopeless. I bought a £55k Range Rover and it was a mess underneath the Polish used to sell it. Cheap lacquer cracked all over bonnet. Car was dirty in spite of ‘7 hour detailing’. Full tank of petrol never materialised. Lied a number of times.

I found a car with the exact spec I had been looking for. It wasn't prepared as it had just arrived in stock, but Fraser accommodated me anyway. Car was main dealer serviced, a few niggles rectified and then delivered to me free within 2 weeks - even took two of my cars in part-exchange at fair prices. Contacted Strafford Cars over a week ago asking for a quote for some work on a vehicle with the plan to bring in a couple of my other cars for work and servicing too. Called and was told a quote would be emailed to me within 24 hours. Still nothing so taking my business elsewhere. A complete waste of time. Clearly a garage that unless you own a Ferrari you are deemed irrelevant and they don't want your business. Very pretentious and unprofessional. Don't waste your time, there are better garages around who want to work on your car and take the time to get back to you.

I purchased a car from Stratfford last August. Nothing was to much trouble, no pressure sales, everything was made very easy for me, a new mot , 12 months full warrantee,
& a full service. & a full tank of petrol.
I have over the years purchased many cars, but without doubt this was the easiest one I have done.
I understand that if they do not have the car that your looking for, they will source one for you.
So if your in the market to change your car go to Stratford for better than 5 star treatment.

Very friendly and useful staff. Always answering all of my questions and willing to talk in the phone. I've been taking my car there for a few years now. Although they are not the cheapest garage around, it is definitely worth it. I'll be taking my van there soon too. Useful bunch of guys and not trying to mug you off. Very happy I found them. Location is good as it is pretty central but not too bad. Highly recommended.

This is my second time using Strafford for a van hire and it certainly won’t be my lasting. The service, experience & customer service is unrivalled in Sussex (and I speak from experience). Everything from the initial engagement with a lovely gentlemen named Fraser to when I dropped the van back was flawless and professional. I cannot wait to use their services again, 5 stars simply isn’t enough....

They offered to pick me up from the train station but i had already left anyway upon arrival I waited 5 mins while it was dried off after it raining and them only letting it been released with me happy with the car which I was. Very happy with my purchase. And the gentleman that dealt with me

Efficient job on our car. The quality of work seemed fine and they guarantee work for 12 months. They fitted us in for a cambelt change at short notice. Good communication about work that arose from the MOT, clearly separating prices into labour, parts and VAT. There were a couple of mix-ups which were put right. We were given a discount on our interim service due to this. Reasonable prices.

I won't ever get my car serviced anywhere else. It was a straight forward process from start to finish. Customer service was second to none, and the mechanics took the time to explain the service given in comparison to other places who just hand over your keys and tell you it's done. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

Went to Amoti to have my MOT done after seeing them on Groupon. My car failed but I explained that I needed it back for the weekend to drive to uni. They fitted me in the next day! Great service and I would definitely go back! My parents have now booked their car in too due to the great service provided to me ☺️

Visited after buying a service through Groupon. A lot of things came up for repair and changing - including the lights. I paid without questioning it as it was my first car and I didn't know enough about it to query any of it. They fitted faulty bulbs which didn't work and there is no evidence that they actually carried out any other work. I feel like I was scammed and would advise people to avoid this place.

I was met and greeted by the team, offered a drink and made to feel welcome. The vehicle was made available to me within a short space of time and I was showned around before competing the paperwork and given the keys etc. A follow-up a few days later to confirm everything was okay and to see if there were any problems. I've got a fairly old car so naturally I've been to many garages in its time! I've visited Amoti around 5 times now for different reasons and every time I have been very pleased with both the service and the pricing structure of this place. I especially like the way the sales guys work with you to achieve your specific motoring goals, in my case this was simply to get my car through its MOT and get it safe for the road with little chance of breaking down in the future however I have had friends that have been to this garage upon my recommendation with other goals such as performance ect and the guys there have always been very accommodating.

I would highly recommened this company, after hearing good reviews about Amoti i reviewed the website and found that booking an appointment was very simple, within minutes i had booked a full valet service (inside and out) for a price that was very reasonable. When my car was returned to me i could not fault the service, and to top it off the staff were friendly and always kept me in the best interest. Will be using this company again.

Loved the experience with these guys. Ive used lots of garages in the area however can honestly say that I feel most in good hands when my Lupo is with these guys. I particularly like the way that they text you updates as the repairs go on. In my 2 visit experience with Amoti/Strafford, the car was ready on time and at the quoted price. Very well run place who actually have the customers needs in mind for a change. a+

Took my Hyundai Gets to these guys to get the clutch replaced after calling about 20 garages to find prices. Not only did they beat the price of others such as Mr Clutch, they had the job done in 1 day and im back on the road already... my clutch only failed at 10am this morning! Fantastic. - See you when my MOT is due.

I bought an Audi RS4 B8 from this garage just over 12 months ago. I thought i'd leave it this long so I can write an honest review. I saw the add on autotrader, The colour ,mileage , leather everything, it was just what I had I been looking for, only problem it was 235 miles from where I live. I phoned Fraser nothing was to much trouble. When I went down the car was perfect. It was a relief having traveled so far. I purchased the car and drove it home, every day since then it's put a smile on my face. Touch wood, so far it's not given me any problems. I would recommend this garage and would buy another car from them.

Took my car in for its MOT at AMOTI - Was happy with the service. The car failed however i was quickly emailed a scan of the failure along with their quote for repair (difficult to find a garage which is this tech savvy!). I shopped around and found their prices to be competitive so I authorised the repairs and had the car back the same day. Reading some of the other reviews does make me wonder what some people expect from a garage... take it from me, these guys are honest, polite and most importantly transparent which is all you can ask for in my humble opinion KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :)

Fraser and the rest of the Amoti team have always been very helpful and having done many price comparisons on all repair work they have conducted for me, i can honestly say that they are in business to help their customers out rather than rip them off. I first went to Amoti for them to check another brighton garages work out as it was making noises... they inspected it free of charge and emailed me a video of the exact fault which was obviously poor workmanship on the other garages behalf. I cannot sing their praises any more than this. Thanks guys and see you at my service. :)
