The gentleman who we sold the car to was very professional and friendly.There was absolutely no pressure to sell the car to him and he gave us time to think about whether to sell or not.
I cannot fault him at all it was quick and easy to sell my car and I would definitely tell family and friends to use them.

If your valuation is with a guy called Adam, simply turn around and get out as quickly as you can. I turned up to have my van valued by Adam at the Brighton branch. All lights were off in the office so I opened the door to pop my head in to say hello and see if anybody was there. Greeted by a man charging at me screaming there's no entry and then slammed the door in my face. When he finally came out for the valuation he marked
minor scuffs as serious dents and proceeded to knock £800 off. The worse customer service I've EVER experienced.

We had our car valued by a member of the Brighton team. He agreed a price and shook hands on it and asked for a bottle of scotch for himself as he had managed to get us the right price. We went back later to drop it off and he tried to put the price down £500. Absolute robber, he knowingly made us drive through 2 hours of traffic and then asked us to wait half an hour while he dealt with someone else, just to waste our time and to try and wear us down. All the bad rumours are true.
