Carillon Services has been recommended a few times to me. It is AA certified and is where my car ended up when the AA diagnosed an oil leak from my head gasket going down into the spark plug chambers, causing them to misfire. They quickly took my car on board, ordered the parts and repaired the car in the same day. They were friendly, polite and courteous. Unlike some other garages in Loughborough who have botched jobs on my car.

Superb service by Carillon. Corey kept me updated all the way through a major engine rebuild on my RS6 and advised the best course of action to be taken.
Very sensibly priced and top notch workmanship.
They will be getting all future work on my Audi.

Definitely recommend!
I rang up regarding a/c after Halfords had no clue what they were doing with it.
Got me in straight away, a/c re-gas professionally done with in half an hour ish.
£45! Which is cheaper than anywhere I had been quoted! Professional! Polite and punctual!
Overall great service!

I gave them 5 stars because they truly deliver a 5 class service. I only went for air conditioning service but they were very polite and helpful, yet again they are a 1 stop all in one garage offering everything including MOT. Thanks guys

Never again. Took 8 days longer to fix my can then initially agreed on. And overcharged me at the end. Two different staff members confirmed the total cost to be £370 however when I went to pay they charged me £600.
Not to be trusted!

Took my wife's van in knowing it would fail its MOT worried about getting it done in the day.
Phone at lunch time with a list of faults fixed and past MOT by the end of the day. And not ripped off very reasonable.

Outstanding Service! Helped me out in the freezing cold when my car wouldn't start. Sam was a star coming out to me and identified the problem quickly, whilst reassuring me it could be sorted and the reasons as to why it happened. Corey has been extremely helpful with getting the parts i needed in quickly and gave very fair pricing on everything including a warranty which I didn't expect. We have the car booked in for tomorrow so I'm pleased to be having this done so quickly, as I rely on my car enormously due to my fibromyalgia. Very happy with this garage and will use them in the future. Would highly recommend.

I booked an appointment and on arrival there was no parking as the garage was full and there is no wait carpark. I left my car parked a few street away and asked at the reception where I was to park my car for repair.
They said "go and wait in your car and we will call you when we are ready." I said "how long" they said " as long as it takes" They basically left me stranded and out of pocket with no help at all. I left extremely upset and tearful but the way I was treated and obviously I wont and neither will my friends and family be visiting this awful garage. Be warned. 0*
