Well what can I say? These guys are super professional, they diagnosed and repaired my car super fast. The price was excellent and the were very honest at what they did. The guy that looked after me was sadly retiring that day, but the other staff were just as excellent. I will definitely go back with any diesel problem that comes my way. Top work guys ????

Excellent experience! Took in my Ford Focus which had several faults. I was dealt with by Nathan. Diagnosed a problem with some form of additive being needed and DPF filters etc. Not a clue on these things. I was told this was £565 and would need to be fixed before checking for other possible faults. I panicked thinking I was going to be exposed to a large bill so rang back to agree and took the plunge. The job was completed and fixed all issues furthermore, the required kit was sourced for cheaper, so I was pleased to receive a smaller £412.60 bill. It was completed the next working day after dropping off also. Sure it was costly but I got the impression that this is a company where the price matches the service and know how! Excellent.

Absolutely shocking service. Claimed they needed £80 to test all 4 injectors when only the coding for the injectors needed checking on the ECU. I specifically asked for the coding only to be checked as i dont have the correct tool to check the injector coding to be greeted with a very unprofessional woman telling me to take then elsewhere. It's MY car I want MY ecu checking and your telling me you need to take out my injectors and test them and charge me triple the cost of a injector coding check. Shocking service just in it for the extra money. Avoid and shop else where. For a company that came highly recommended i'm appalled. Reception staff need sacking in all honesty if i spoke to my customers in that tone I'd be out the door in no time.

Edit I had a chat over the phone regarding the matter with the company director after his response to my review. We resolved and clarified in a lot more detail what had transpired on that day. A combination of frustration and misunderstanding from both parties was to blame. This has been dealt with their end and resolved. I will keep the review at 3* and maybe adjust this further if i have anymore dealings with the company.

after sending them some unknown injectors that i knew didnt work i asked them to check what uprated nozzles were fitted.
they decided to go against what i asked for and charge me for testing all 4 even though i told them the injectors didnt work and to check one.

I booked it in to have a new timing chain & accesories fitted & to check that the injectors they sold me were the ones thats in it at present , it went in as a runner & come out as a non runner . With a invoice over £200 + they told me i want 4 new injector's & a new high pressure pump , which were new in the first place at a cost of £1200 & had never clocked up any miles since having them fitted to my mk 6 125T280 transit
My advice to them .SORT MY VAN OUT OR ELSE I WILL GO TO TRADING STANDARDS ....

I was recommend TT Automotive by Toynbee Motors Leicester, I have a Mercedes E300 TD, problem with injectors, (I had been to two other Diesel Specialist in Leicestershire with no Joy) great guys, don't know all the names at TT Automotive only remember one name Nathan helped me out by testing my injectors whilst I waited which was good because I din't have to travel to Leicester and back to Loughborough, fixed a diesel leak, and much more, great advise and customer care.
Truly best customer service by TT Automotive, I would give a gold medal for their services.
