From the initial point of contact, Arthur was extremely professional and got back to me with a quote very quickly. He clearly cares about his customers (even new ones) and is willing to go above and beyond to make it work within a specific budget. Gemma was great at communicating throughout the process and although an issue with the work did arise, it was sorted then and there, at an affordable price. I recommend S Line Automotive and will continue to use them in the future. Thanks :)

I happened to find S-Line by accident whilst using a shortcut through the industrial estate. I'm so glad i did!!
Arthur and his team were professional from start to finish, they kept me informed at every stage of the repair on my Skoda engine replacement. 10/10 rating from me. USE THEM! Just had my beloved well kept Golf Fully Serviced Inc Cambelt today and wow, I'm a stickler for having all my cars fully main dealer serviced, i can honestly say don't! After having a local main dealer try and pull the wool over my eyes and there NEW attitude it was time for a change, (As a qualified vehicle technician myself i don't take kindly to this.) so S Line, they are very honest, very prompt and helpful, kept me informed on progress, my Black Golf came back immaculate as it went in. I'm so pleased with the entire service these guys will be looking after my Golf from now on.

Had a broken taillight and Arthur found me a great non original part and said if it doesn't look right when fitted he'll change it and take responsibility for it. It looks great as if it was the original audi part and great service. Have switched from getting my car serviced at audi now, similar price to the main dealer but a better quality of car service with some of the products they use to keep my workhorse on the road.

A random find, and glad I did, my Audi A7 petrol cap had stopped working, Arthur saw me at very short notice and replaced, at a fraction of the cost of the main dealer and another specialist in Leicester. Arthur explained the process, they have a new customer form today, well done S Line.

The guys that work there are SO rude. Seriously... Don't bother.
I needed some custom panels made for my car for light fittings and wanted to speak to someone to see if it could be done. All he did, for 10 minutes, was patronise me as though I didn't have a clue what I was on about and was being deliberately difficult, almost trying to not understand me just to make me look stupid.
He then told me to just order some stock panels on eBay and get some normal lights, ignoring what I was asking entirely. If I wanted stock lights then I wouldn't have been there asking for their help.
In the end I drove 30 seconds round the corner to NH Performance where I was greeted by a really nice guy who listened exactly to what I wanted. He told me straight away that he could do it and even spent a bit of time discussing possible ways to fit this aftermarket accessory to really make it look special.
So if you want to be treated like a mug... go to S Line Automotive.
If you want to leave your pride & joy in the hands of someone who cares... go to NH Performance.

Brilliant garage. Arthur and the team were very helpful at replacing window switch and then diagnosing and fixing a suspension problem! Able to see me on very short notice, order the right part in overnight and over £150 cheaper than the main Seat dealer! Cant fault them. Will definiately be returning for a service in January! Cheers.
