Brilliant service and very professional. During this pandemic I contacted several estate agents for assistance but to no avail. Most of them brushed me off and refused to assist me. Struggled with two really bad tenets from our previous Estate Agent, after months (nearly a year), of serious issues where the agent had an awful response rate, we finally got our solicitors involved to rectify the issue.
Pan, specifically, made us feel as though he understood our reservations about renting out again in Hendon but he found us some fantastic tenets that have proved reliable and very friendly.
We were going to sell if it went wrong this time but we are now back to being happy landlords again. Thank you Pan and Squires!

An Estate Agent whose practices are demonstrably not only proper, but also with the 'human touch' element, which is a rarity! This in the main is down to a particular member of their Staff, Rebecca, who was an absolute star during the whole process, from start to finish. From the outset, this lovely young lady spotted the crucial needs of a slightly complex situation, and did not give up, but rather persistently worked so hard and non-stop, until the best outcome was reached. We are now happily settled in our new rental, thanks to her, and her good and kind Colleagues, including Lauren. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
I have never experienced such a rude service in my life I am genuinely shocked.
I had enquired about a flat to let and explained that we would be looking to move in early April. Ofcourse I understand landlords will not be willing to wait so long to find tenants however the way I was dealt with was completely dismissive to the point where I was interrupted before I could even finish my sentence.
Had I been given the opportunity to 1) finish my sentence 2) come to some sort of solution, the agent would have known that I was offering to pay the deposit + 1 months rent 2 months prior to moving to give reassurance to the landlord and to cover the costs of the flat being vacant.
But instead I was interrupted within literally 1 minute of calling with a simple No. No alternatives were provided no other flats available were even offered. I am completely shocked at the lack of courtesy, respect or compassion shown. HE EVEN HUNG UP.
The agent hadn't taken any background, we are two working professionals, who are able to provided flawless references, and due to the appalling lack of respect and customer service you have now ended up with a negative review.
I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this agency at all costs and I will use all my social media influence I have to spread the word.

I live outside the country so worked with Rachel to rent out my two bed two bath. This woman went above and beyond the terms of the service and even helped me schedule a repair of my dishwasher and waited for the repairman to come. Throughout the process she was very caring about getting the flat into a perfect condition for the tenants while also making sure I got responsible tenants and that the process was smooth for me as an overseas landlord. Squire has been amazing and I will definitely recommend Rachel and Lauren the admin manager. They know the market very well and customer service means a lot to them.

Honestly, just be aware of hidden fees. Which are plenty of.
I left the property over 2 months ago. Still did not get my deposit back as they fail to submit it deposit scheme.
I called and discussed with Lauren every week. Still nothing happened.

DO NOT GO THERE, YOU WILL REGRET. They cancelled both our appointments - one because the room we even did not supposed to view was sold, the other time after coming to the agency they informed that we can not view because they do not have keys. Horrible service. They are telling that gonna call you back and that is never happening. Waisting our time. EVERY AGENCY IS BETTER THAN THIS ONE.

I am in the process of buying my first place. Samiha has been representing me from Squires and she has made it as stress free as possible for me so far. From initial viewings, I found her approach professional yet not 'pushy'. A hard balance, as I have found in some cases with other estate agents. She really listened to what I needed out of my buy and was honest when looking at properties together which weren't quite right for me. Communication has been great so far. Based on my own personal experience I would thoroughly recommend Squires Estates (Hendon). My purchaser had a particularly slow solicitor and Levinia was always on hand to chase them and get things done. I contacted Squire's as I had a room to rent in a house. I was given the details of another gentleman Jacob Kadoch, who works at squires and does this as a side business. He came to the property to take a look at the room and said he would put my property on some websites the very next day. I asked to be sent web links for the adverts placed and my call was never returned, I tried contacting him a number of times for the following two weeks and my calls were never returned. On one particular day I attempted calling him twice on my way home with no response, I walked past their offices having got out of the station and saw he was sitting at his desk. I called again, no answer. I then called his office and he had his manager lie for him and say he was not available.
Under no circumstances request the services of Squires or Jacob Kadoch. They will tell you they can do many things, but in the end just leave you high and dry.
