Andrew and Janki have been AMAZING from the moment we first contacted Andrew. Professional and still have a side to them that is very personal, it has made our experience so lovely and we are even more excited to move into our new home! They were super thorough and have made it very easy for us to handle documentation and understand what is required from our end. Given the pandemic has caused lots of changes in the way things are done, Paramount have made it so that most process is digital and socially distanced when viewing the property. Just an overall great experience given we viewed and picked up keys within a week! We were kept fully informed of progress on our application as well.

We recently sold our one-bedroom flat via Paramount and cannot recommend them highly enough.
They are very clear about the segment of the market they specialise in and were able to get us asking price for our property with only one viewing. All this while in the middle of the 2020 pandemic and after the initial stamp duty holiday buying frenzy.
We spoke to two other agents and were starting to doubt if there was a demand for our flat. Paramount, however, let us set the listing price, worked with us on the photos and presentation and were willing to push to find the right buyers to get us asking price, while others weren’t. They are decent folk who speak to you like a normal human being. And they were responsive and helpful every step of the way. They were instrumental at the end of the process in getting an exchange and completion date locked in, after three months of persisting with a particularly tricky solicitor who represented our buyer.
Leighton and Robert at Paramount were particularly outstanding people to work with. Leighton worked tirelessly right up until completion and even afterwards to ensure all parties were 100% happy.

Paramount may provide a good service to its landlord but it does not care about its tenants. They constantly "bully" us about matters that is not our issue, I would certainly never rent a place managed by them again.
For example, the flat we're in has ventilation issues and a poorly build extension with no adequate heating, hence mould grows on walls of the extended wall every winter. Paramount arranged for a 3rd party to assess the property, and the lady that came told us the property does not have enough ventilation. However as the report is not in the landlord's favour, Paramount never shared the details of the report and instead insist its our "lifestyle issues" and keeps sending me guides on how to clean the mould, and how I should always keep windows open yet at the same time heat the flat to a constant 22C. They would always ignore my emails where I explain that I do keep the windows open while cooking, and the flat is heated.
In the end I did clean the mould as it was getting out of control and we have a cat so I was worried for her health. Paramout were clearly unwilling to do anything about it apart from trying to teach me how to do things for them.
I'm a landlord myself and would never treat my tenants the same way I have been treated. Its obviously my words against theirs but I know its not my lifestyle, I've lived in many flats over the years and never had mould issues this bad.

We have been renting a flat through Paramount for two years.
We had a few issues with the flat, but mostly due to the owner. The agency has tried hard to solve the problems we had with water leaks or security. They do not answer very promptly and it would be good if they could be a bit more responsive. Overall, renting in London is an awful experience, but Paramount works quite hard to provide a decent service.

This is the second time I used Paramount, first as a buyer, and when it was time to sell my flat, my choice was quite clear that I would use Paramount. Their pictures and video was absolutely stunning and made my flat look great. We launched the sale just after the lockdown and Robert, the head of sales, together with his team Lionel and Daniel, managed to pull together a terrific response and a large number of viewings over two weeks until we got our offer. Once the sale was agreed, they were on hand throughout the whole sales process in contact regularly with the buyer and their solicitor to facilitate the legal process.
