I had such a great experience finding a flat to let through Paramount. They were very professional, they responded to all of my queries quickly, they were proactive in communicating, and they were just plain helpful all around. It was a thoughtful gesture to leave a bottle of champagne in the flat on the move-in date. When I got locked out of the flat due to a faulty key-copying situation, they kindly loaned me their spare copy which saved me from having to call a locksmith. I love my new flat, and I would highly recommend Paramount to anyone. Special thanks to Adam and Katie for their outstanding service.

As an independent landlord I have used Paramount on and off for around 20 years.
I recently refurbed the flat and I cannot fault the help and support of Paramount through the whole process.
This has not been helped by the current Covid situation but Spencer and his team have been professional, friendly and helpful and I now have a refurbed flat and a new tenant with minimal loss of rent.
I would not hesitate to recommend Paramount Properties for independent landlords.

We have worked with Paramount twice - first when buying the property seven years ago and now selling the property this year during the Covid pandemic. As buyers, we liked Lionel Stoll’s informative, calm and frank approach. He kept the purchase moving and he was always responsive to our communications. During our sale this year, Lionel has again been a great sales agent - the initial marketing of the property was done superbly and good offers flowed early. Once an offer was agreed, Lionel kept us up to date at all times and remained level-headed even when things became challenging. Lionel has guided us to a successful sale. We appreciate his and Paramount's efforts. They are highly recommended for the West Hampstead area.

Honestly HEAVEN SENT after a not so great experience with previous estate agent. Reagen Bradley was a breath of fresh air, she genuinely goes out of her way to help. She takes on board any issues and is absolutely amazing in her communications ; lovely, warm and polite in her telephone manner which makes a big difference. She's obviously an asset to her company. And really put me at ease both during the end of my tenancy and in facilitating a very smooth check out. Highly recommend to anyone looking to go forward with them. It's always important to have great management and they are exactly that. Gave them a bit of stick to start with due to previous dealing with former estate agent and nevertheless she was still a star in her patience and assuring me. 10/10 Customer Service. Thankyou Reagen. Sadly i wouldn't recommend Paramount for a few reasons, but the main one ultimately due to misinformation provided to me and my partner during the course of buying a property from them... For example, when we ask the agent showing us around what the door off the communal hallway was, he said this was simply a storage cupboard. As it turns out, it is the 1st floor flats kitchenet and laundry room, thus making the property an HMO which we were not property informed either in the lease or in any of the documentation provided, neither by seller nor by the agent.
I also strongly believe they lied about having 'multiple offers/interest' and asked us for a best and final offer, when in reality our offer was the only one on the table being considered.
We paused our purchased during lock-down as per government guidelines and were placed under undue pressure from the agent at paramount to move forward, despite government advice and our own desire to pause.
Bad experience. Bad Agency.

Ok .... Used these guys first in 1997 to buy my flat, then my 2nd in 2001, then my 3rd in 2004. Since then got to know pretty much the whole team with sales ( Lionel esp ) and lettings team , both are in a different class of their own ( Spencer and Dexter esp ), more recently the Maintanance team ( Jit and his guys also ). Fast forward to 2020 - they manage my rentals ( the ones above ), always find me great tenants ( unlike bad experiences I had with their competitors in the past ), do all my Maintanance and refurbs( high quality ). The firm has grown and their office is 3x as large as it was when I first met them. Very easy to see why - personal service , they care for their clients and always try to go a step further. If u want no hassle and honest service with a smile here u have it. Don’t bother with the others on the street - trust me!

We had the most wonderful experience with Katie and Dexter at Paramount Properties.
We were off to a good start when Dexter managed to arrange a viewing right after we made contact with him. Things got even better when we came to see the flat. Dexter had been very professional and communicative. He was also helpful when it came to making an offer and moved quickly with paper work.
The excellent service was kept up with multiple check ins from Katie. She was helpful and supportive before and during the move itself. She even dealt with (and solved) a minor issue we had with the water bill days after our actual move in date.
We highly recommend Paramount and we do thank both Dexter and Katie for having turned a rather challenging process into a smooth and stress-free experience!

Prior experience I had with other agency is that you can very rarely find them when you have a question but that was not the case with Paramount Properties.
They have also shared a welcoming present for us which is always a nice touch!

Frank and Katie were wonderful helping us from finding the flat right to move in.
We were already off to a good start when we initially came to see the flat. Frank had been very communicative in the lead up to the viewing, and was perfectly punctual (rare!). He was also very helpful when it came to making an offer and moved quickly with paper work, while keeping us up to date at every step of our offer process.
This excellent communication was kept up in the lead up to the move with multiple check ins from Katie (very helpful and friendly!), during the move itself, and even after, when Frank personally reached out to check everything had gone smoothly. He efficiently dealt with some of the minor maintenance issues , leaving us feeling we are in very capable hands for the future.
