Had a positive experience renting through Paramount - especially after being badly let down by another high street letting agent. Dealt with Dexter (not the first time we've met him) who is very friendly, honest and not at all pushy. And Lucy was very helpful on the admin side and gave us plenty of opportunity to clarify any matters prior to move in. All in all, would happily recommend.

My experience at Paramount Properties was awful. The agency was horrible to me. I know of 2 other people rented from Paramount Properties and did them wrong! I lost my deposit and accused for damaging the property though I provided evidence from day one I entered the property. Please save your money and look somewhere else.

It was our first time renting a flat in London, and we're glad we did it with Paramount. Ollie was very nice and professional during our viewings, and also when the time came to put in an offer for the one we liked. He and Katie were also very efficient and helpful helping us navigate London's renting process —very useful for first time renters like us!
When we moved in into the flat, there were a number of small things in the apartment that need to be fixed. Paramount's team, including a great contractor (Naresh), tended to them within a few days.
Overall a very good experience; thank you to the entire team!

Our experience with Paramount has been absolutely amazing. We wanted to move in ASAP (approx 2 weeks from the time we viewed the flat to when we wanted to move in). The whole process was seamlessly managed in time by Paramount. As its summer the staff we were dealing with initially were on holiday towards the moving date; but still everything was perfectly managed by staff who was covering to Sales and Processing team.
Massive shout out to Lucy towards the last few days she made sure all our concerns are taken care of and deal was signed in time with all information we needed for furniture etc. Also to Oliver (Ollie) for his spontaneous response round the clock. Thanks guys.

Our experience with Paramount was perfect. Chloe was very helpful and patient with us as we viewed the property. She was friendly and did not pressure as other agents would.
Once we put in an offer the process was very smooth. Lucy kept us updated weekly with the tenancy agreement and was always on hand to answer our questions.
So far we are very happy in our new home and we enjoyed the complimentary wine.
We would definitely recommend Paramount to other renters looking in the area.

Katie and Ollie were both very professional and patient with our queries. Ollie was very helpful when showing us few properties so we could make an informed decision.
As we are renting for a first time in London, we were not really familiar with a renting procedure, however Katie guided us trough each stage of a renting process so everything was very smooth.

Paramount have been a breath of fresh air so far after a stressful experience renting elsewhere for the last couple of years, I would highly recommend using them. They take care in helping you move everything across with utilities etc, and Oliver and Katie and the team have been great at every step of the way. They really put in extra effort and care into everything they do. We are looking forward to the rest of our renting experience.
Update: we rented with Paramount for 18 months and were very sad when we left for a bigger place. The property was managed by Tash and they were so attentive to issues, we have rented 4 flats in the local area and I can safely say that Paramount is the best service of all local estate agents for property management. The experience of reporting and dealing with issues was stress free and repairs very prompt - and that is very rare for London rentals.
