Amazing service, Kirti and Dexter where very helpful on all time they did anything possible and more to help us out.

Previously, I've had some pretty negative experiences with letting agencies. Katie and Adam, however, were a breath of fresh air, very professional, responded quickly to our emails, and were always friendly. I would definitely recommend Paramount for anyone looking to rent a property.

Kind and communicative, Paramount (Lionel specifically) are the kind of people you want to work with when going through the rather stressful process of property selling/buying. We were buying through Paramount, which was relatively straightforward, but Lionel ended up directly helping with our sale (which was with a different agent) as it was so complex. He really went above and beyond and was super responsive.

I have let from paramount for 20 years, had to leave them only because i couldn't find the right flat with them having to move quickly. They are amazing in every aspect, all the staff are helpful and efficient, In the last year I dealt with Hollie , she was excellent, very helpful always available . They have a maintenance service that no one can beat ! I got my deposit back in less than a week, no hassle. I wish them all and mostly Spencer who is the person who achieved this success of paramount all the best.

As a landlord I stumbled upon Paramount about 10 years ago to let my flat. I've never looked any further. They are just the whole package. Efficient yet really easy and friendly to deal with (unlike so many others) and incredibly helpful. A really wonderful letting and management team. And they all answer to 'Lucy' so there's no difficulty trying to remember too many names.

Paramount Properties are perfect! I have been in London for over 3 year after moving from the Midlands and Dexter from Paramount Properties helped me with my first rental in 2015 and was amazing start to finish! No hard sell, no pressure, everything sorted within 1 week and his communication is fantastic! Unfortunately my previous landlord changed agents so I have been with other agents for a few years who have nothing on Paramount! 3 years later on and Dexter has now helped me to secure another rental property and again has been so helpful, professional and just amazing! Within the past 24 hours he secured a viewing, answered all my questions, helped to get my offer accepted and kicked off the referencing process! Excellent property managers! It was effortless to put my flat to rent with Paramount. Dexter was very helpful explaining what’s required from the landlord to let out a property. Within a few hours of listing the flat on the website, I’ve had several viewings booked. Adam and the lettings team worked hard to reach to prospective tenants and I received an offer within a week, and signed with a long-term tenant straight-after. Katie was very efficient to the tenancy contract in place. All went smoothly! Highly recommend these guys!

Paramount were superb. I wanted to draw particular attention to the challenges we had when our transaction stalled. Our buyer was being awkward, our solicitor didn't seem to know how to answer their questions and said that they wouldn't do any more work and even our freeholders just decided to stop signing documents. We were stuck. Paramount kept their shoulder to the wheel, kept the communication with the buyer going and helped us find solutions and we got over the line. Thanks!
