This branch is on Waterloo Station concourse. There is an upper floor, accessible by escalator or lift, but have to walk downstairs or take lift, which isn't always working. It's very accessible for a wheelchair or baby's pram. A choice of self checkout or staff. There's a pharmacy on the upper floor and a quiet room for vaccinations, etc. Staff are very helpful, choice is good.Can be really hot and stuffy on the upper floor.

Always popping in on my home from work , exceptionally friendly staff especially in the beauty department. But yesterday a special thank you to the gentleman on the till who took the time to explain about validating by points and bonus points offer running this weekend. So nice to see such an enthusiastic team !

I know that members of staff are busy and much is expected of them. My advice is for them to let people finish their sentences before instructing them to join a long queue. The person whom I asked for information could have helped me. I was in the shop in the afternoon and it was a bit irritating because the issue could easily have been resolved if I had not been interrupted.
I have amended my review from two stars to five stars. I attended Boots in the morning and when I went to the till, someone named Shahin served me. He was lovely and his positive attitude put me in a better frame of mind. He was really nice and it is much appreciated. Thank you.

I was booked to get the second dose of a two part vaccine here on Thursday. I had had the appointment booked for weeks, and I travelled into London especially for it. When I was arrived, I was told that they didn't have the vaccine (in spite of being assured it had been put aside for me), as the "fridges were broken." They didn't have an answer when I asked why I hadn't been informed that they didn't have the vaccine, if they'd known about this problem. I was then told to go to another Boots around the corner and try there. When I asked the manager to call the other Boots and see if they had any vaccine in stock before I went traipsing out into the rain, he said that the others Boots didn't have a phone! Shockingly bad customer service. Fortunately, there is another Boots around the corner in Waterloo, where a very helpful pharmacist was happy to vaccinate me - and they did indeed have a phone after all. Really poor show from Boots in Waterloo Station, I won't be going back.

Doesn't sell everything you need here which is a big let down considering how convenient it is being located at the station. Staff members have no sales skill or information. A simple "no we don't have that" was the only sentence I heard after I greeted and ask what I was looking for. No hello, no experience, no respect

Worst customer service. Boots at Waterloo and wandsworth Southside are particularly appalling. No one at till, long queues, no advice, really unhelpful. Pleasure to go back to old fashioned NHS pharmacy after 20 years of using Boots - just the opposite of Boots
