I can only say Great Family Business had the model of car I had been looking for ,polite no pressure after a couple of days had a problem ? problem no bother at all fixed the next day lent me a car while it was being fixed I live in Coventry ,Would recommend them to anyone ,The car best price on the internet within 35 miles say no more.

Granby Car Sales The 2007 207 1.6hdi 3dr was the first car I've bought from GCS , and a good service. My sales man was David Fern (nice man) I test drove the car and we made a list of the items I thought needed looking at, I didn't get any of the usual dealer rubbish like, that's how it comes or we wont do this or that, they serviced it (oil/filter plus air filter if needed) bled soft brakes-pulled two dents out-changed smearing wipers for new ones. After about a week I booked it into the service department car was smoking like hell on cold start, and got a 2001 ford focus loan car, as I noticed the drivers door locking itself, cold misfiring plus lots of smoke, the passenger door due to fixing had dropped, they ordered a new door lock, the dropped door was corrected, then looking into the cold starting smoke/misfiring they couldn't get the injectors out, so it had the head off 3 new injectors, new cam belt and water pump, and refilled with anti freeze/water, and a new door lock (to stop car locking its self) it took just over a week but I had a loan car. in and out of there serviccentre for three months in total A good service but car never stopped smoking so i traded it in two years later, THREE STARS BECAUSE THEY DONT DO ANYTHING TO A CAR TILL ITS SOLD AND THE ENGINE MISFIRING SMOKING SHOULD HAVE BEEN PICKED UP IN THE PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION, IF BUYING HAVE A GOOD LOOK FOR COLD START SMOKE AND ENGINE NOISES.

These guys are brilliant, delt with a young lady named Chloe who sorted everything out for me, my car is great! - i just wished they opened for longer so i could've picked my car up a day ealier lol. Fantastic service, Doug (the owner) is sound guy and I never felt 'sold to' at any moment, they were gracious and accomodating making sure my new baby was perfect on collection!

Ok but range isn't great

I am very disappointed with granby car sales!!!!! A brought a car in summer time and there was no problems with the car. As soon as winter came and it started raining the footwell of the drivers side became soaking wet!!! I took the matts out and in the corner the carpet was ripped as the previous owner probably did that as this problem must of been happening to them! Granby car sales hid this from me and ripped me off big time!!!!!! Everyone just be aware of this granby car sales they will rip you off like they did me!!! Absolutely disgusting!

My mum was very vunerable single parent we had just lost our dad and had an accident (other drivers fault) We were on a tight budget with just the money from the crash and ended up at Grandby Motors They were lovely proffessional couldnt do enought for us. They helped us to buy a little auto rover 25 as mum was a nervous fairly new driver Three weeks after buying it rhe head gasket went,mum didnt take out the additional after care plan as the car had taken every penny we had but the car come with 3 months warrinty so they fixed it mum had to contribute someto it All through October mum had to keep filling the coolent but since she check oil and tyres every two weeks we thought it normal to top up coolent ( shes still new to driving) But when we took the car for a free winter check at Halfords they explained 2 weekly was not the norm we took to a garage locally they said it was the head gasket gone again. Grandby had told us once they had fixed it "it would outlast the car". So mum call Granby and explained that whilst the cars warranity is now over; the warranty on the parts and workmanship should be still valid for the previous head gasket repair. But know they say if we take them to court we will lose. There best offer was if mum get the car from london where we live to them in Leicester 100 miles Then they will fix it........ but mum have to pay the full cost.... but it will probably cheaper than London and they would lend us a car whilst they did it Time frame for this...... all in this year. Bought car in April 2015 3 weeks later first fix . First Probs Oct (although we didnt know)_ Dec (about to go away as first Christmas with out dad though easier to elsewhere) . head gasket gone again mums been told that its a known prob on a rover 25 and it will go prob again we paid 1.700 and been told this car this year even with lower milage is worth 400-500 max even less right now with head gasket gone we cant justify the repair bill..... going to have to scap it and start again Sadly on the credit card the money from crash all went on this little car Paid 1,700 for an F reg rover 25 from Grandby motors 8 month later have scrap value left Thanks Grandby Cars and and a merry christmas to you too.... from my mum and us 3 kids

Nice people bit expensive

Poor service as once they have your money don't bother trying to get any faults fixed. You are wasting your time.

Very helpful and accomodating

After purchasing a car from this company in which they were very polite and friendly when I went in to see the manager over a car radio code. I was utterly shocked in the way he talked to me, I had to walk out of the office as if i stayed there I would have done or said something. Very shameful that once they have your money they have ZERO customer service. STEER CLEAR at all costs.
