Fantastic service. John and Charlie were so helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending them. We were after a convertible Mercedes car and saw one that was just what we were after. There were just a few little things needed doing and John booked the car into a local specialist garage to get the work done for us and also put it through a service to ensure everything was good to go. They are easily contactable and nothing is too much trouble. It is a good local garage situated in Leicester and the guys obviously care about what they do. Nothing is too much trouble. They kept us updated all the way with what was happening and when the car came to us not only had it been serviced it had also been given a really good clean. Highly recommend

Just purchased yet another great Mercedes from John at GB Car Sales. A beautiful C220 CDI Sport Estate. Went to see the car and it was just as described, if not better, and an absolute dream to drive so bought it on the spot. Very low genuine mileage, great condition with MOT and just serviced. What more could you ask for and at a great price for a great car!
Have dealt with John at GB Car Sales for many years now and it's like meeting an old friend when we return to look for another vehicle from him. A very knowledgeable man who knows his Mercs and you never feel under pressure to purchase. Would highly recommend him if it's a quality car at an affordable price that you are looking for.

I bought a lovely little Nissan micra from GB motors which my wife loves, I had a couple of small issues with the car to start with but Charlie sorted them out to my satisfaction and considering we were in a COVID situation Charlie handled it very professionally, I have waited about 6 months to write the review just to see how the car held up and am pleased to say I am very happy with the car,
After my one experience with GB motors I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage, and would use them again in the future.

The car I bought was exactly as described and the service provided was excellent. I have had 2 problems with the vehicle one being the boot would not close properly which was sorted within hours and then an extremely rare fault with the electrics on the ignition failing again the service to rectify the problem was excellent all at no cost to me as covered under the warranty. Would recommend buying vehicles from this company. When I decide to change cat next time this will be my first choice. Have recommended the company to friends and family

I was looking for a car but was really nervous about taking the plunge because of all the stories u hear about scammers , on the same day I had already had a bad experience with a different car company . I was on my way home feeling disappointed when drove past GB cars I saw the exact same car I was looking for I stopped and went in . And straight the way I noticed the difference with how they approached me compared to to the previous car company I felt at ease, they was really polite helpful not at all pushy explained everything I needed to no about the car I was interested in and it’s history all my questions answered without hesitation. I am so happy with there service and how helpful they was I highly recommended and encourage this company to anyone looking for a new car , I will definitely be using them Myself again thank you again for everything u did I really appreciate it .

I went to view a car today and was surprised by by the customer service I received. They took their time to explain the issues with the car and the history and made me aware that the issues are being resolved as we speak. It appears they make sure the customer is fully satisfied before leaving.
I have left my details with them to call me once the car returns and then will go to view again.
So far, so good.

I could not asked for anything more, stayed open late for me, fixed the car with no issues after a slight hiccup and then delivered it back to my house. it wasn't the best car on the lot, but the customer service i got was as if it was. Very plesent change to deal with a friendly local company rather than large dealership. They have a good choice of cars to choose from. John & Charlie at GB Cars have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they did everything they promised. The car is very good condition for the age and very competitively priced. We definitely recommend this Company and they are our first choice to buy our next car from.

Top lad John is he sold me a Mercedes eligance 2008 plate A class it's smooth done low mileage John delivered the car said what he was going to do he serviced and whacked a 12 month MOT to assure me so that I have not to worry for another not till next feb, he explained very properly to me and my mum and helped us out with any after care should we need it I can't thank John enough happy with my purchase so far I pray to God the car runs the way it does and I will be looking after it with great care thanks once again john.

I cannot recommend this company enough. We brought two cars from GB Car Sales for our children, as they're both staring to learn to drive. GB Car Sales Customer Service was very impressive there was no pushy sales techniques.
Two weeks after getting the cars home one of them developed a fault that could have happened at any time. Without complaint GB took the car back fixed at their expense and returned the car to our home..
We will be back in September to look for another car...

I was really so nervous due to all the scams you hear and couldn’t rely on anyone I knew personally to aid me in buying a decent car. Anyway I bought the car and was really pleased with the service; since, I have taken it for an MOT one year on and the only issue with the car was one tyre. Was looking for a used car online and found a great-looking VW listed here. Had to check it out for myself because I could hardly believe the low mileage. When I visited GB, it looked just as good as in the pictures, inside and out.
I was shown the car by Charlie, who was excellent. He clearly knew his stuff, was friendly but not pushy, exactly what you want when you're thinking of buying a car. He allowed us to take it for a test drive without me asking first - the car drove really well and was nice and spacious inside.
When we got back he asked if I wanted to see the paperwork for the car, also without me asking first, which was another good sign. All the necessary papers were there, which was good to see.
I was confident I'd be happy with the car, so I went with it. Charlie made the whole process very easy.
Altogether a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great car and a great level of service!

The whole experience was absolutely amazing,no pressure at all,no hard sales talk,just two genuine gentlemen,who treat and look after thier customers.From start to finish of my purchase, John and Charlie informed me of everything that I needed to know about the vehicle and,mentioned to me that, the car would be sold with a service and, would have a new 12 month mot and, explained the warranty.
I would recommend anybody to check out these guys,its nice to know that there are still some of these genuine garages around. You can look at the cars and you can take your time to choose or if you want to know about the car just ask at your leisure.I shall definately buy another car from John and Charlie when the time comes.Thanks again guys.

I had been looking for a Mercedes A Class for some time, and spotted a car at this dealer. After a very nice conversation with John, I travelled to Leicester, to see the car. It was even better than described! The car was in lovely condition, (not like other cars I had viewed). We agreed a very fair price for my VW, and I agreed to collect the car the next weekend.
When I collected the car, everything was as agreed and the car was Sparkling Clean. The whole transaction was very Pleasant and Professional.....not like the other dealers I visited. Thanks John, for a good deal....AND A GREAT CAR!!!

I bought my car from Charlie around a month ago now. I was a very nervous buyer after having friends/family buy from garages and being sold cars that were no good, however Charlie was very informative and kind it put me at ease. The car came with a new service and mot and drives lovely.
I’d noticed that the brakes on my car started to deteriorate and alerted Charlie to this issue and he had new break pads fixed free of charge. I’m very happy with the service provided from this garage!
I was so sceptical before hand but I’m glad to have approached this garage who provided genuine service and a great car, and would highly recommend to anyone

What a pleasent experience it was purchasing a car from gb car sales. Not only was the quality of the car very good, as good if not better than described, but the sales personnel also. Not pushy, didn't try to get me to buy something I wasn't interested in, and had time to spend with me. The day I was going to collect the car I couldn't get there so they actually delivered it to my door. How's that for customer service. Mi hanno venduto un bidone di car, la car sotto cade a pezzi, tutta ruggine vi mostro delle foto.vi avevano garantito che la car era perfetta con revisione fatta. Guardate che schifo lo pagata 1100 sterline soldi che ho guadagnato io e la mia compagna, con tontto sacrificio.e c'hanno rifilato un cesso di car. Spero che gli altri concessionari siano migliori, di questo. Mi avevano fatto capire che non c'era ruggine che la car era perfetta, azz all'anima della perfezione. Ora io vi chiedo, ma secondo voi andresti a comprare una car da questo concessionario?
In Italia le auto di questo tipo si portano allo scasso, non sivendono perché è un pericolo per chi la porta e pericolo per gli altri. Che schifo.
