The team at Victoria were courteous and sorted out my phone issue very well and on time. Special mention to Vlad who did exactly as he said he would as my issue wasn't run of the mill. Another branch obviously thought it was told much trouble and didn't want to help .

Efficient and friendly staff - good service with quality finish. Being such a small store, it can get quite busy and the wait times can be long if people are booking devices in but just try to avoid periods like lunchtime.
Have always used this store when one of my daughters breaks their screen.

These guys were great and great service. They didn't have the parts needed for my phone but I provided them with an identical phone from my partner (who doesn't use it anymore) and these guys were able to take parts out of that phone and put into my broken phone. Cheers again guys for sorting that out for me.

I dont usually leave reviews but the service i got here was just AMAZING! everyone seemed to be so knowledgable and helpful. They fixed my phone in less than 30 mins when i was expecting it to take a couple of days and they also gave me a battery for half price =D. highly recommend these guys!

Really polite customer service, however a few mistakes meant I had to visit 3 times. These mistakes were around the booking in of my device and the fining of parts, not the fixing. The fix seems to be perfect so far - can't fault them on that.

The repair seems great so far, no complaints there, but they don't offer great customer service and they don't know much about retail. For example, they wouldn't let me pay by Apple Pay because they don't understand it. Seems odd for a shop that deals in Apple products...
They also wanted my lock code and were funny with me when I said that was unnecessary. I'd go back if I needed another repair, but they should definitely look into their service.

Great experience at the Victoria branch - booked an appointment online late evening for a 8:30am repair the next day. I was called at 8am to let me know they didn't have the screen in stock but would source one from another branch. They kept me informed, I dropped my phone in at 9am and went back to pick it up 2 hours later. Faultless service and a great replacement screen.

Very dissapointed.
I had my screen replaced a month ago and it cracked first time I dropped it within a weeks! Moreover, at that time, they convinced me to buy there a screen protector which was also not adjust properly and it doesnt flush with the screen (which was probably a reason why it didnt protect my screen properly in the first place and why it is now broaken!).
I went there today and I was told there is nothing they can do! I mean, seriously, I believe it is much better to go somewhere else rather than spend over £100 on screen replacement and then just to hear "sorry we cant do anything".
I was expecting different level of customer service. I suggest it is better to go to one of those corner shops because you will pay less, and they will adjust the screen protector CORRECTLY and if there is a problem they are open to negotiate the new screen replacement if not for free, then at least with good discount. You cant expect that from "so called" proffessional ismash "who cant do anything, sorry" after sales finished. Joke!

Visited yesterday for a replacement screen. Discovered later in the day that the ear piece and camera were no longer working. Had to take my phone to Kingston to be sorted today. The Victoria branch obviously didn’t check my phone correctly. The gentleman that served me when I went in was rather short with me and I think more concerned about going for lunch. Amanda
