Had to get a new Asus laptop, needed one quick for work so a bargain in argos and this branch was quick to provide, with all the commotion going on this year I was impress with the service, didn't need to wait long, only downside is I was told that yo can't return laptops if you open the box, and switch on the laptop so I guess I'm stuck with this

Gave my partner my Argos card to go pick up a purchase and he was refused because the Argos card wasn’t his they told him to go back in 20mins because the manager was on break went back and they refused it again. Waste of time as we live 50 minutes away from this argos. I called and the manager picked up saying no one refused nothing and she was not on break saying I was basically lying. I cancelled my order and straight away placed it with a debit card, for it to be cancelled straight after. If they didn’t have the product they should just said it instead of making people waste their time!

This Argos outlet is in the W12 Shopping Centre near Shepherd’s Bush Station. Staff are friendly and helped me with my queries. Self help kiosks are easy to use and easy to make payments. Services are quick too.

Lovely lady at the front . Man at the counter grumpy . Store is not stocked well as always when I want to collect item from Bush is not available for collection . Also if you need to returned item you have to take it back to Ladbroke Grove Argos in SainsburyS .

I went to this store On Sunday 24/11/19 . I waited in Queue with my girlfriend to get served as she wanted to buy 24 Piece Stainless Steel Cutlery Set for £5 . When we were served , lady at counter asked my girlfriend to prove she is over 18 , I though this was silly as she is 34 years old and she never been asked ID . End of day my girlfriend had to give me the money and I showed ID to prove I was over 18 as I was 20 years old , the lady served me but had to return the change to me what I gave back to my girlfriend. I felt sorry for my girlfriend as she was annoyed about this . Also waiting time to be served and collect item took a while , only 3 staff on duty . I think in busy periods could do with more staff on duty. Overall my girlfriend happy with item. KEN

After being a loyal customer for so long. Today I had the worse experience ever with the customer service. I placed an order (single bed for my child). The order delivery was confirmed for a date and fixed hours. I ask for the day off at work to get the delivery. After waiting for my delivery be done the whole day at home, I didn't received. I called customer service which say to me that is the reason why my order hasn't been delivery it was a problem on the system. Alright, let's arrange another day delivery. All good, they offer an alternative which was a blow up bed for my child free of charge and a new day delivery with specific spot hour delivery as I wasn't going to miss another day at work. The manager Jonathan, agree with me to delivery after 3pm so make sure that I was getting my delivery and don't have to miss a day at work. What a surprise, today I received an email that my order will be delivery between 10.30am to 12.30pm which is NOT we agreed at all as they are supposed to have NEXT DAY DELIVERY (absolutely a lie) and specific slot delivery to be chosen. I called customer services expecting my problem to be solved for them as it was not my mistake at all but what another surprise, the manager on shift didn't help me at all. He say, he can't contact the delivery service and he is not able to help me at all and end our conversation hanging up the phone when I was talking to him. Very rude! I can explain how I am felling right now; disappointing, furious, very frustrated...Customer service is awful and distinguishing. We are going to miss our delivery and my child is going to have to sleep in a blow up bed for who know how many days more!!!! How a big company like Argos cannot sort out a minimum problem like this!!! This is a joke!!!!!

Absolutely disappointed with how badly they treat elderly and disabled people in store before both lock downs and the way they speak to you is disgusting they should be ashamed of there self's, they also give out fluse information about refunds it dose not take 7,10 working days at all it takes 3,5 days if you actually speak to the customer service contact center.

It was a pleasure visiting this store the sales assistant named Mahmuda was exceptionally helpful and assisted me in my queries, unfortunately they didn’t have exactly what i came for but had something really similar for a cheaper price so its a win-win situation. Really commend Mahmuda for her wonderful assistance and she really does deserve a pay rise or some sort of formal accreditation for her work.

BEWARE IF YOU BUY SOMETHING AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT!!! I had bought an item on the 3rd of April, for my partner's birthday, to be delivered yesterday, just in time for the birthday reveal. I was called at 7 am on delivery date to be told they no longer have it in stock, and they couldn't deliver. I was told that I could get an alternative, of course everything that matched what I had bought was more expensive and I was told that once it's been delivered, they might look at a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. This is no inconvenience, Argos have single-handedly ruined my plans for my partner's birthday, plans that I had made more than a month in advance. Needless to say, we will never purchase anything from Argos again, as they don't deserve our custom.

Machine wouldn't accept my card. I needed to walk home and place the order online (with the same card). After walking back to the store, I spent 10 minutes waiting in the collection line. I'm actually still waiting in line as I write this. Over an hour of waiting and walking because their payment systems and delivery are broken. Rather disappointed.

This Argos is at best, alright. The staff are slow and sometimes a bit useless and the tills are most of the time understaffed. However, I have used it a couple of times for eBay click and collect which has been helpful, but this is the only reason it gets 3 stars not 2.

Very friendly and helpful staff with a good sense of humour. Despite the screaming kids they kept their cool and apologised for keeping us waiting because the items were delayed but I honestly didn't feel I waited long. Brilliant place to do a quick shop if you have reserved your item.

Seriously, one of the worst and slowest Argos out there. There's no such thing as a Fast Track, as everytime I purchase online, I take almost half an hour to collect. I don't know if its management, lack of personnel or simply bad employees, but this is at least the 3rd time I've had to wait around for my collection. And I received a text advising my item was ready to collect 3 hours before!!

Was told my item would be delivered on Friday 20th June. I went in and they said it was out back in the lorry and that they would call me in an hour to confirm this. I did not receive a call so went back at lunchtime and they now said they had no idea where it was. The man said he would chase it for me and give me a call the same afternoon whether it was good news or bad news. He never called. I still days later have no idea where my item is. Appalling service.

Will say at the start that the purchases seem to be fine. Was at the store in the early evening. Other reviewers have mentioned long waiting times and slow service. Not a problem for me, given the time of day. However, if you are served by someone who doesn't utter a single word to you during the transaction, it matters little about the queue. There was only a lingering disrespect felt by this customer as they left the shop. I wasn't even asked if I wanted a carrier bag.

Generally was run down, with the place needing renovation for rather a long time, further there was rather a long queuing time however this has since been rectified. The store has been renovated and caught up with stores across the country so it has improved. The customer service can vary from time to time and however, it is clear the place is improving.

I really wanted to write this review weeks ago. I had recently moved to live near by this place, so this has been my local Argos where I shop regularly. Simply, Every time I come to either get new items or collect any reserved ones, it's been worse and worse. It's been so bad experience that I really recommend whoever is responsible to close this branch. The staff are way unprofessional and ALWAYS , I need to wait for 15-20 extra minutes just to receive my stuff although it is said on the screen 'READY TO COLLECT. Such a failure branch and Make your way immediately to another branch if it is any convenient for you. Thank you for reading.

This is one of the worse stores ever! I am visually impaired, and can not see the order numbers...however there was only 2 people working in store today! One very obnoxious and rude young woman! I have her my order then before she did anything else, I asked her if the item was the regular two seater sofa, as the price had changed! She said 'yea' well it wasn't was it!!!! I went back to her and she told me that they would not be able to refund my payment for 3 days, though I just purchased it! I explained to the very rude woman...that I did ask her if it was the right item...She claimed she said it was a chair! I maybe regested blind but my brain is in perfect working order. Argos have completely cleared out my Account in one morning!!! No shopping for me this weekend. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM ARGOS IN SHEPHERDS BUSH! The staff still need training!. ????????????????????????????????

Worst service ever. Never go back again. There was a problem with the collection service so they offered me to cancel my order and to order it again in the shop, and then collect it; which I did. Some days later I realised they charged me twice for the same order. Try to contact them on the phone but nobody picked-up the call. Went again to the shop and they said it will take 7 working days to refund the cancelled order. It's been 10 days now and I haven't get my money back yet. NEVER AGAIN WILL BUY AT ARGOS.

If you're planning to order from eBay and pick up here, don't bother! Atrocious system of eBay package storage. They constantly lose eBay packages. There fast track queue is a job, because it basically barely exist. The queue system in general is a mess.

Have visited several times to collect pre-paid items and ebay deliveries. While items have always been in stock and in fine condition, each time the staff have been disengaged and often absent. Collection has always taken at least ten minutes and communication with the staff is difficult. Staff were often calling to each other while serving and did not speak clearly, making it very difficult to know when they wanted something from you or were simply speaking to someone else. Not friendly and I avoid using this store if I can.

I bought a speaker that proved to be faulty. Previous purchases have been as problematic with missing functionality - so check the product before you leave the shop. I returned the speaker and there was no word of apology or acknowledging the inconvenience. Last time I use Argos.

have been customer with argos for years..fast track loved it Until the manager from shepherds Bush refused to give me 2 items we orderd online worth 80£ only. he deemed our transaction suspicious. talked about fast track line is closed at 5pm and cannot verify the intergrety of the transaction .I.e fraud. I told him that my wife didn't reported it stolen why is it then suspicious I asked and who tells you the system or you make the choice.. he said we can deem it suspicious... anyway he gave no specific reason apart if she lost the card today.. (as if I find the login details the same day lol) I then called customer service and a chap called maximiliam helped me out. GREAT SERVICE SERVICE FROM HIM(say yes more!) He spoke to my wife and all got settled. the manager refused to take the phone from me btw saying he should call the store..(my phone displays the number I am calling mate) didn't bother arguing and asked maximiliam to call him ..finally he gave me my items. took more then 2 hours for a fast track To end A chap before me got refused also for his fast track collection by the same manager he came from further down . 2 trips for you lad .sry for that awful experience ? my tip is try to say yes more and be more realistic on what is suspicious. You seemed nice manager trying to hit your targets nothing personal but I know what customer service is. Won several mystery shopper article and am great sales person too. depending on my next few trips again might change the review. Big up. love
