Waited 40 minutes to buy a kettle. Day completely ruined.
Update: coming back here again after 9 montns as i had no choice. Waited in queue with one person serving and he was busy talking to his friend. Waited for 45 minutes in the queue to purchase an iron with 5 people behind me. None of the staff cared to come and help at the tills. This store is really very badly understaffed it is beyond belief.

I've always found what lve gone in for. The new order n pay terminals make the process faster and l always research my products at home before going to collect. Have an alternative if something has become out of stock, as the next branch is at the bottom of Hammersmith and not particularly convenient. NB As this branch is in a shopping centre and your item is heavy you'll have to pay to park. At busy times you may be waiting some time at the collection point. Shame this branch doesn't have seats.

It's a horrible place, staff disrespectful, lazy, they're offended if you have to work, they are talking to each other, they laugh, they just do not work, waiting time is under criticism.

This is the worst Argos store I have ever been, the whole place is dirty and in a very bad condition. The service we have received there was simply unacceptable, it was slow, they were calling new customers to the counter all the times without serving anybody, I have bought only one item, a plastic container and it took them more than 40 minutes to serve me, they were not even busy. Very poor customer service and organising! Huge problems in the management of that shop.

This place is chronically understaffed. I waited half an hour to pick up a fast track order that I'd purchased online. Avoid. The one in Hammersmith is much better.

Horrendous customer service. It's pretty obvious training staff is not part of the Argos employment process. Dirty branch, I had to wipe my feet on the way out.

One of the worst branches in london. A staff member called victoria is extremely rude in handling customers. It has very much kept the bad reputation of the old Shepherd's Bush before Westfield was built.

Just uploaded a Youtube video on this store Challenge Fan (Argos Shepherds Bush Review) If you love Argos or never shopped there before DO NOT shop here as it must be their worst store, if it isn't I'd like to hear one worse! I am scathing of its review even Mary Portas would flinch!
Dated, dirty, dilapidated. Slow service, bad service sums up the Shepherds Bush shop. Go to Hammersmith, Ealing, Fulham, Acton, Kensington all much better stores happier staff excellent service. I really do like Argos but this store makes you really question if you really need it as you will be waiting in probably Argos's slowest, dreariest shop in their portfolio. If you wonder why I have been so many times is is because it often has stock the others have sold out of... that's not a good thing I have often still not gone there JUST because going there makes your heart sink!

I was in Argos, Kilburn and placing an order, however, the cashier, she told me, they haven't got the TV and nearest store that's got just one, is Shepherds Bush, I was worried if I get there it might have been gone, so she reserved it for me, therefore, I could buy it without stress and wasting time.
