They don't do refunds. They have a very rude staff and they didn't accept a return that was perfectly maintained. Definitely NOT coming back.

This is the best GAME store in on Oxford Street. It's located on the Basement Floor at The House of Frasier and it has a big online gaming area for PC Gaming such as Fortnite, Minecraft and so on. They even have tables around if you want to have a short rest plus a number of slush machines if you want to buy an iced drink. The Video Game Publisher shelves are well laid out mainly for Nintendo (My Favourite), Microsoft and Sony along with their selection of game controllers. The store is well laid out and with hand sanitizers in the store to remind customers to clean their hands before entering which is very important and the staff there are friendly. I strongly recommend visiting this store.

My son had a thoroughly, enjoyable time, it was a pity that, some area's were inaccessible. However he had loads of fun playing Fortnight. Nice Staff and an amazing, welcoming atmosphere, great experience all-round.

It's a shame that due to lock down restrictions not all the game facilities were open but during normal times it's a great venue. Lots of screens for multiplayer for individuals and groups of friends.. There's also the shop for your console and PC games as well as a selection of the accessories and other merchandise. You could easily spend the day gaming when it open up again hopefully at the start of December 2020

I was a bit confused by this being in House of Fraser but hey whatever! You need to go around the side and down the escalator to get to the basement and your there! 10 points! You will find a gaming area and all the typical stuff that game would normally sell in their stand alone stores. House of Fraser's basement has never lookeed so good!

This place is amazing and quite a surprise. The entrance feels like it'll be a small, dark venue but it's huge with an esports area and all the latest gaming tech

Always had a good experience here. Staff always happy to help and look in the back. Stock levels can be wrong (or slow to update) but that's something that I've found is for all stores.

We are all fully aware of Covid-19 and its measures. I recommend your staff either points this out to everyone or leave it. Bickering with one customer (with face mask) while others are left alone isn't a good form of customer service.

Just visited with the family and the staff were super helpful and professional. Their in depth and genuine guidance helped us with buying a game just released as well as make a decision for future consoles purchases.
One of the staff members, Yasir was particularly patient and understanding and helped us make the bet possible purchases for other family members.
The staff here just helped us have a great shopping experience experience after the lockdown period.
A day we will not forget.
