I have been going to this store since I was in secondary school. They have a great selection of games and consoles, even for classic fans such as Nintendo 64 or PS1 and Gameboys. They usually have the games you are looking for and the staffs there are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

They help a lot in store, specially the Asian kid, he is really kind, but over the phone "Instagram and phonecall" it looks like they don't want to work . I tried contacting them through Instagram but they didn't reply at all and at one point I got completely aired. I tried to phonecall them but they didn't pick up at all, customer service is non existent outside the store. Now I realised that someone is trying to be funny and it's creating fake accounts to give this shop good reviews, someone using my name has created and account not too long ago , gave 5 starts and not only that , they didn't write a description. Probably most reviews in here are fake. Here is the evidence .just click on my name and check. This is not legal and can be taken to court for fraud. Im willing to take the review down if the impostor takes it down.

I have been a regular and reoccurring customer since the week they opened! They provide a great variety of games and accessories for a very good price. The staff are very helpful, and they also match CEX prices for trade ins.
For any gaming you need you have, this shop is for you. I cannot fault this in any way!

This shop tries to rip you off with their products. I asked the man how much he sales the PlayStation 5 and he confidently tells me £650.00! ????
I then challenge him saying the original cost is 450£ or 350£ and he responded saying "If you don't want to buy it for 650£ then buy it somewhere else." ????
Maybe the shop is trying to make profit because of the pandemic and the fact that most ps5 consoles are out of stock. But honestly to put a price tag for 200£ more than the original cost is not smart business.
I will just warn anyone to be very wary before buying anything from this place. You might end up getting cheated if you are not careful.

I called them 2 weeks ago about a ps5 he told me to call back today. I called them 5mins ago they said there supplier has 100s of ps5 but disc is 600 and digital is 500 that what's our supplier is charging plus we need add another 50 so we can profit this is supposed to be a game shop turn out just dirty scalpers
