was redirected to here from WHSmiths on Oxford Street and also by HMV.
Was looking for Nintendo eVouchers as a present.
When I got to Game i was asked if I wanted any help by a sales assistant who had never even heard of eVouchers. a senior member of staff (i assume) walked by and casually just said 'nope'.
really poor department, it's mostly for little kids and there's very limited stock. also the staff there don't seem to know much about what they sell!
