The customer service was excellent - they contacted me at every stage of the order to let me know what was happening and to check I was happy with the product. The Gameboy works perfectly and looks fantastic. Highly recommended, will definitely shop here again in future!

I was admittedly cautious to buy a console online like I did with Baxtros, but this was the real deal! The process from ordering to receiving your order is quick and easy with no hassle in between. The customer service is also brilliant. I would highly recommend Baxtros to anyone that is a fan of nostalgia with their gaming.

Baxtros have been fantastic. I received a controller that for some reason wouldn't work on my console. I returned it, it got lost in the mail and Baxtros still sent me a replacement before they got the first one back. To top it off they refunded my postage. Will definitely use them again.

Just as a quick note, I am a customer from the United States so I'm not sure how the retail experience is. That being said, their customer service is fantastic. I live in a 5 hour time difference with them, but they were brilliant to deal with. I had reached out to Mr Oliver Baxter, who was able to remedy a little issue I had with a refurbished PS3 controller that I had bought a week prior. Unfortunately the cost of shipping my controller out for repair was pretty costly, but he was incredibly nice in shipping a replacement out. I will absolutely without a doubt in my mind do business with them again in the very near future. I recommend anyone who is in need of retro controllers, especially for PS3 consoles, since there is a bit of a draught for them here in the states, to purchase genuine controllers from them. To add a bit more insight into their products, alongside the Dualshock 3 controller, I also purchased a Sixaxis controller for the PS3 console as well, and it worked perfectly well. It actually felt like a brand new controller as opposed to a used one. The condition of both controllers were nearly perfect. They had nearly unnoticeable blemishes, nearly pristine for a controller that is over a decade old. I'm currently awaiting a replacement, but I'm confident in the quality of the controller

Received my classic Xbox controller yesterday was over the moon condition is like brand new and at a bargain price. I would definitely use baxtros again.

Just purchased a game boy pocket what was refurbished by them and honestly it's almost like brand new its PERFECT. fast delivery and amazing product thank you so much for existing as a company and not being exploitative in your prices. The product came very quickly but is described wrong. It makes it seem on the website that the product (we purchased a GameCube controller) is refurbed using all real parts but unfortunately we are 90% sure the buttons were fake and not original parts - we have a few GameCube controllers and they looked nothing like all of our other original ones.

bought a gamecube controller a while ago, refurbished BEAUTIFULLY. BETTER than a new one. still works perfectly, great service. cheers lads

only place i could find a reasonably priced 360 controller in a reasonable condition, arrived quickly and in good condition for a second hand controller. only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because the site explicitly stated that the controller does not come with a USB adaptor, so I bought one separately. however the controller came with one attached already. not a big deal at all but could've saved £5 had i known about this.

100% - Superb customer service. Getting replacements for the Playstation 2 is not easy and I was finding it hard to buy a PS2 Dualshock2 controller that actually worked until I found Baxtros. The order arrived in 2 days and was fully functional and in PERFECT working condition. I am so impressed that I have happily put in a another order. If you need replacements for video games consoles then I strongly urge you just get them from Baxtros. The 100% 5 star rating is fully deserved.
