Out of all the Games, this is the best one because of it's great location. It is very easy to go to and from it because of all the nearby transport links. Also since it is in Camden, there are many other places near the location.

The staff were friendly and helpful showing a real interest in myslef and my game genre.
They offered great knowledge on their products, current releases and future releases.
The gave advice and experience on products and offered what they have heard about products they haven't tried/used themselves.
I would recommend this retailer.

I didn't like the way they sell you open games full priced as new. I clearly asked for a new copy and when i paid for the game i found out that it was open with a big price tag on the cover art and it was without a manual. I told the sales guy that I asked for a new wrapped game and he replied this is new we just shelve them like that. I understand it's not have been played before but where is the wrapping and the manual? Even the seller was looking at me weird like it's my fault and did not offer a to return it. Even the game selection in the store is poor.

Some might say it's like every other GAME but it's a bit cramped and unlike staff from many other GAME stores they don't seem to know their stuff as much.
Commenting on GAME prices is pointless cause they're more expensive than majority stores but I don't see how relevant is for Google Maps reviews and I've noticed people love to comment on that fact.

Nice customer service and good game choice... but qued for fifa 17 at midnight and staff didn't turn up.. So went in the morning at opening for 9:30 once again no staff wasn't open till 10:30am.

Mostly the same as any other GAME store, slightly overpriced games compared with online.
However, this one set itself apart with not only a wider than usual range of accessories and PC gear, but importantly, the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and patient.

Angels for the power of everything get a ricoh theta camera on your birthday take a picture of yourself set the camera to the time/date you were born then get a gold Rolex on your right hand and a silver omega or sekonda on your left. At the time you were born flip a pound coin in your right hand make sure it lands on heads and put it on top of the gold watch facing heads up then get a 10p and flip from right hand to left make sure lands on heads put it on top of silver make sure you don't drop the coins then straight after put you index and middle finger on your ceberal cortex on your head and you will realise everything with the knowledge and power after you view through time!!!!!!!

As a PC gamer I rarely visit GAME stores, or even physical games outlets in general. I found myself in need of an Xbox 360 controller so I thought I'd visit the store to buy one so I had it immediately without waiting for delivery from (cheaper) online retailers.
What an experience! I cannot believe that people regularly shop here and I cannot believe that GAME think that this is an effective way to coax large sums of money out of people.
The store looks like a jumble sale, games and pop-culture collectibles are all over the place. The store is called GAME yet I can buy a set of Avengers baubles or a Batman caricature model in the same place. The rows of claustrophobic shelving resemble a branch of Sports Direct, shoveling videogames by weight rather than delivering a boutique experience. It's not the 90s anymore, people ca buy their games cheaper elsewhere, sometimes with instant delivery, you need to offer something unique.
There were 3 staff in the store when I visited, two on checkouts and one wandering, seemingly aimlessly, around. "Are you OK?" the wanderer asks. I was wondering the same of him.
I found an empty box with a picture of an Xbox 360 controller on it. I chose the wireless pre-owned version rather than the wired or either of the new (as opposed to pre-owned) ones.
After a long wait at the till (during which my girlfriend gave up and went shopping elsewhere) because someone was trying to buy a console (which seemed to be a foreign concept to the cashier attempting to sell it, I have no idea if these poor unfortunate people were ever successful) I handed the box over to the cashier. Hi disappeared out the back witht he box and upon his return told me "we don't have any wireless pre-owned ones". OK well what about any of the others? No, there were no Xbox 360 controllers in the store in spite of the abundant choice I was given.
I left, about half an hour after I entered, with no controller and a rekindled love for Amazon Prime.
