I took my PS4 in here for repair and the staff took the time to properly explain the issue before service and charged a very reasonable price. Honest and experienced with playstation repair. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! My 15 year old dropped off his ps4 on the 2nd August as it needed a new fan and lazer, was quoted 30 quid....Great or so we thought! 9 days later it's still not ready and they upped the price to £55 absolutely shockingly diabolical! And it's still not ready and no fix date set??!

This is a small shop, and pretty damn friendly. Filled with all sorts of games and DVDs, I prefer them tenfold to the CEX which is located close-by. Their "rates" aren't that bad also. I hope they live long and prosper.

Nice shop. Their echange rate is based on CEX website . You can use that if you want to negotiate with them when selling /trading.
Just make sure you are informed about the real value of your game before you sell the.
Expect that they will try to rob you.

I really like Mega Games, i recently moved into the Kilburn area and had a PS2, PS3 and a tonne of it's game which i got over £100 for and with this i bought a new PS4. I really like Mega Game's staff and were very friendly and now this is a convenient place for me to buy games from!

Absolutely disgusting shop! My 51yr old mum bought some Wii remote rechargeable docks for £18. One wasn't working and the other was dodgy...she went to get her money back and they told her no and tried to bog her off with a credit note. I returned to read them their consumer rights and they gave her a full refund after an argument and then BANNED HER FROM THE SHOP!! He told her "He'll never serve her again!" DONT SHOP HERE! Bunch of con men!

Staff is semi friendly, and usually there prices are reasonable and decent, but exchange rates are usually just gonna be you getting ripped off, make sure you do research on how much your things are worth before they try to scam you for it.
