The staff are very helpful and for old woman like me to visit this kind of store, they really did well in assisting me for picking up games for my boys. They are very knowledgeable with what they are selling and very polite at the same time. Definitely gonna come back for this store with my boys.

GAME in Westfield white city has moved to the entrance of House Of Fraser! Waited ages in the queue with a PS4 controller box to be told they don’t have any I’m stock. The assistant said the sticker on the box which read “ ORDER AT TILL” means not in stock!!! She also said I should have asked the shop assistant on the shop floor. GAME why don’t you just remove the empty boxes from the shop floor if you don’t have them in stock? If you are paid by PS to advertise them then put a sign up to say out of stock... rather than have customers Q up for ages for nothing

Really happy with the service today but the location is a little awkward. Right at the bottom of House of Fraser in a small corner underneath the eaculator when exciting towards Shepherds Bush Station.

I would give a 1 star but there are a couple of good staff working it's just a shame some of the more senior employees are rude, lazy/liers and just clearly not wanting to be there.

I really love these stores! They have lots of cool gaming stuff and fair prizes. I bought there one of my favorite shirts for less money and I'm really happy. If you like Games and Nerd stuff the Game shops are a must visit :)

The guy who served me was excellent, really friendly. There was a member of staff I can only assume was the manager who made me feel very uncomfortable. I am a black male nearing 40 and I took my little cousin (9) to buy a PS4. We spent over £350 in the shop and the guy watched me like a hawk the entire time. Had I not have been with a child I would have confronted him on his behaviour, but not wanting to ruin my cousin's day I said nothing. Its quite something when you buy the most expensive thing in a shop and they still treat you like you're trying to steal something. Very disappointed and I feel sorry for the black members of staff who have to work under such a character.

Brilliant quick efficient service, the only local game around here. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Julian or Juliuis really friendly staff member and helped me with my transactions even though the machines didn't work properly and was multitasking with other stuff.

Small,but nice. Don't expect to buy anything like Amiibos or anything large. But it has all the games and consoles you want. Bought a Switch here. Haven't been disappointed by customer service or what they offer.

Last Saturday I've been at the Game Store in the Westfield Shopping Center and bought three games.
The employee forgot to put the Disc in one of the cases. Now I'm back home in Germany, with two games and one empty case.
I'm very disappointed and will never visit this store again!

Me: "I would like to purchase this piece of game-themed clothing. I have no way of trying it on here, would I be able to return it if it is not large enough and exchange for a bigger one?" ShopKeep (Boss and colleague standing next to him): "Well... uuusually if it's opened ... we caaan't".And that was it. I am not a heavy consumer and I don't spontaneously buy thing often. I have been there a few times to look at things and ask about products, the moment I casually want to buy something I basically get denial of the returns policy... Sorry Game, that grinds my gears I don't need to visit you anymore. I'll buy online where the obstacles to buying things aren't so random.
