I’ve been to Zizzi last time, They do have the WiFi but I don’t think it works very often and I really liked their margarita pizza and it would have been better if they could put some sauces such as ketchup and mayonnaise but I would recommend for anyone who’s never been to Zizzi before.

Came with a voucher from Buy A Gift that was a present,4 course set meal for two people.
The restaurant was very busy and the staff were flying around all over the place and also the Deliveroo delivery system was making a lot of noise right next to our table,it seemed to be going off every few minutes so the atmosphere wasn’t relaxed.
The first course never really arrived as the waitress brought us 2 drinks right at the beginning but no Olives which were meant to be included so we had to ask for those.
The next 3 courses all came with no issues but some a bit close with no gap,the food was ok,not amazing but alright.
The waitress seemed like she didn’t have much of a clue and could probably do with re-training,she was very friendly but not professional and kept forgetting that she’d taken our order or given us a dish.
We tried very hard in the end to pay for the one item that wasn’t included with the voucher which was a bottle of water but the waitress again kept forgetting us so we just left.
Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re really stuck.

Good meal and very good value for money. Staff very efficient however 1 female member had a bit of an attitude problem and this is and was picked up by other guests and also staff. Will definately go back.

Food was good but service was terrible, we were there for hours. And multiple times wrong food was brought out or food was brought out twice. Wouldn’t have minded as much if they were busy, but half the restaurant was empty and the staff were too busy chatting. I’m a big zizzis fan but this one has let me down, thankfully the food was a good as ever.

We are spending the evening in Brighton and wanted to stop for dessert. When we walked past we saw a lot of empty tables, so went in. Asked for a table for drinks and dessert are we were told where to go. Unless you are spending 'proper money' you can leave. So we did. And will not be coming back.
The manager here was not friendly. At all.

I was here as part of a wedding party. We had gotten there an hour early, which was our mistake and we put that entirely on us. But they took us upstairs and the entire second floor was empty anyway so I didn't see why they had to be that rude about it. There was a bar there, but not open. My friends and I wanted to order drinks, so went downstairs and were told that we couldn't order anything and that someone would be along to take our order. After about 20 minutes did they come up and take our order. This was I would mention a good 10 minutes after we were supposed to arrive so they took over an hour to serve us in the first place. Food was not very good. Hasnt been in this place for a long time. When I can get a better garlic bread and pizza from pizza express, you know you're in trouble. Sort it out, Zizzi's. You used to be great.

The staff were lovely, the food arrived quickly. However; my lasagna was rubbish! It was about 1cm thick if that, mostly cheese and breadcrumb and insanely salty! Lasagna is supposed to have layers with a creamy sauce and sheets of pasta. Very disappointing for the price, stick with the pizza options folks!

Great staff but food lets it down. Garlic bread was expensive and had minimal mozzarella and caramelised onion. And I mean minimal. Risotto was OK but again could have been more chicken.
