Really lovely food. I was considering a 3 though as there were a lot of flies where we were first sat next to the bar, around dirty glasses and trays, they needed to be washed straight away to remove that. We had to move it was quite bad. But the food was great and service was good.

Delicious Zizzi Brighton experience! My partner and I dined here for dinner and we cannot fault it at all. Started with a bufala caprese salad and it was delicious. I then had the Risotto Pesce which was equally delicious! Will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, delayed wait to get our drink order in. Standing around waiters not noticing we needed service. Pizzas came out cold. Childrens 3 course course meal turned out to be a two course meal because there wasnt a third one brought out. Plates just left on the tables after eaten from. More notice taken to walking out to walking in

Visited this Zizzi before and it was fine. A good experience This time not so good. Ordered margarita pizza with pepperoni and it appeared with 5 small pieces of pepperoni. Queried this and the pleasant lady waiting on us took it off to add more pepperoni without any fuss. I ordered chicken pasta with spicy sauce. There was no spice that I could taste. I've eaten this meal in several other branches of Zizzi and it has always been fine. This time not so. A disappointing visit. Waitress gave us the bill and said she had taken the pasta off. Restaurant wasn't busy as we visited before the evening rush.

Last night myself and 4 friends went for dinner and started oht to be a lovely meal, we chose the set 3 course meal for £19.95. The starter was lovely and after taking a few mouthfuls of my main dish i found a hair in it! I pulled the waiter over and showed him and he took my dish away and didnt even apologise. After saying i wanted the same meal he told me i had to pick something different as the chicken had finished. So i had my NEW meal which was lovely and ordered pudding. Whilst my 2 friends were outside smoking they saw 2 chefts eating with their bare hands and pick up 2 of our puddings yet again with their bare hands and sniff them right under their noses examine it and put it on our plates. So had to send them back aswell!
I always loved zizis and would of always recommended them but im sorry not anymore!

Lovely cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was delicious! What I really loved about the restaurant is that you could actually see the chefs making the pizza! You also get a HUGE pizza for the price you are paying. We loved Zizzi and we'll definitely come back!!

I received a wrong order. I can totally understand that they make an error with the order, but when I called them to receive a new order with the food that I really ordered they did not pick up the phone. I was calling for more than 1 hour and many many times.
After that I sent several mails asking for an explanation and they said that they would reply in a maximum of 5 days, after more than two weeks we received no response at all.
I recommend you not to visit a place like this with such a horrible customer service.

Zizzi's was excellent! Our little man has a dairy allergy and they were so good making sure that his needs were looked after and that the greatest care was taken with the preparation of his meal. Staff were incredibly helpful, food was superb and the atmosphere was really friendly and welcoming.

Had the lamb shank with potato and broccoli. I’m sure they said potato and green beans but whatever. The lamb was cooked near perfect and the potatoes and broccoli the same. The only reason this is not 5 stars is the service was slow to take our initial drink order. There was no drinks menu given to us or on our table upon seating, they came to ask what drinks we would like and we had no idea what they sold.
This dish was well worth the money though as I used a taste card it only cost £7.5 ????????

We had the 2 course lunch menu, buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes very generous portion. The main I had the vegan spaghetti, far to much pasta, could have served 2, the ragu was a bit thin and personally I would have preferred a little more seasoning. Value for money excellent, my husband had the skinny piza with salad followed by generous ice cream which he said was great.

I eat out regularly and can honestly say the worst experience I have had. I have tried to make a complaint through the proper channels to no avail. Apparently zizzi Brighton are just as uninterested as they where on the night.
Ridiculously long waiting time for our mains only for them to arrive inedible apart from the two pizzas. The waiter frequently disappeared, strange since he only had 3 tables to wait on. When I did track him down he smelled of smoke so obviously had time for a smoke break. Manager couldn't have cared less. I have eaten at a few different zizzi around the country and always enjoyed the experience.
Avoid Brighton zizzi, there are soo many other places to eat!

The service was excellent, l wasn't too keen on the main course, it was too spicy hot. The lovely waitress helped me with my broken shoe with tape and elastic bands, so I got home ok.

Disgusted by the rudeness off one of the waiters. We sat there for 20 minuets waiting to just order and then once we confronted her she said she would be there in a minute. After this she sat down a family of 4 and took there whole order and drinks. Ended up leaving and having a wonderful meal at pizza express

My partner and I Love Zizzi!! If we aren't eating in here we order from deliveroo. I always get the spaghetti bolognese as it is my favourite and the chef is always kind enough to adjust the chorizo twist carbonara for my partner as she doesn't like the chorizo. The chef just cooks her a traditional carbonara and she demolishes the lot every time. The food always comes out fast, the service has always been good. Prices are reasonable and I would definitely recommend this place.

One of the nicest Zizzi I've been too. The place was packed but the staff remained friendly polite and attentive. Always know what you are going to get food wise which is great if wanting a good pizza. Plenty of other pizzarias to choose from though in the area.

Came here for a nice meal out with my boyfriend whilst we were visiting in Brighton. We usually love Zizzi’s and it is one of our favourite restaurants, however, after walking in and being greeted by a friendly member of staff I thought we were going to have a nice meal together. We got served with drinks relatively quickly (as long as we usually wait, which is only a couple of minutes) and waited patiently for our pizza. However, after almost 40 minutes of waiting, we got our pizza. My pizza was a margarita, bit plain but alright, however my boyfriends pizza was burnt. We then proceeded to wait another further 20 minutes to even got served the bill! Would not recommend this restaurant, wish we had gone to pizza express which was across the road instead.

Waiter with an eyebrow piercing (didn't get name) made my whole table incredibly uncomfortable with how rude and dismissive he was. I could understand if the place was busy but there were max 3 tables. I have no problem with the food, but I have been a waitress for 4 years and would never dream of being that rude.

Excellent vegan menu, food was delicious! Tables for two were a little squished together, but overall the interior was nice.
Had run out of vegan cheese on our visit which was disappointing, but the very friendly and helpful staff offered complimentary starters when our choice of main was unavailable.

Monday May 28 my daughter arranged a suprise lunch for my birthday. As she regularly eats at Zillis in Milton Keynes she expected the same service. Maybe if you arranged for the Brighton manager ,Andre, to experience the better level of management we may experience a much better day. Andre was totally unconcerned about our terrible service . We arrived at 2 45 pm at 3 30 we were still waiting for our starters. We should have done what other people did and left in disgust after waiting an hour. The day was ruined.
