In this morning I’ve got the money to purchase my car policy for the new year, my policy should be starting on 8th of March 2021.
I got the cheapest quote from RCIB around 630£ About two weeks ago, after I’ve pressed buy button today came out for around 540£.
After one or two hours I’ve received an call from the company for validation (my currently car insurance is with the same company and they’ve got all of my documents and records).
They’ve just tried to catch me with something abusing me asking me where’s my garage coz she can’t see it, then about my mileage for the next year she doesn’t believe I’ll have 4000 miles coz in the past I’ve done 8000, I said okay let’s put 8000 then (I’ve chosen to put 4000 because I’ll work a lot less than before as i got different job), after that they’ve asked me about my job what I’m doing there as an Yard Man and they said my employer is not in Car Sales business () from the start of the conversation I’ve felt they’re trying to alter and increase my premium and after so many questions and so many times being put on hold and back on hold and back they’ve decided they’ll need to cancel my policy and keep the cancellation fee of 105£ from my money.
This company is absolutely scamming people who have been purchasing their policy online .

Not a great experience. Called after I joined giving me some speech about not matching me to my credit file so my monthly premium would have to go up. Consistently difficult to get hold of. They hardly every reply to emails. And now, getting hold of my NCB certificate is proving difficult too! Would definitely not recommend.

Was on the phone nearly 2 hours, the first person I spoke to hung up on me then the 2nd one was very help full but she did put me on hold most of the time, i found that very frustrating as I kept thinking has she hung up on me as well. People should not be put on hold for 15 minutes at a time. I must say she was very polite and managed to complete my insurance in the end.

Absolute jokers.
Got an online price for motorcycle insurance, tried to purchase online, there was a "problem" .... Had to call them, waited 20 minutes, got transferred twice, and had to give details to get a call back..... Er no thanks, I'll go and spend my money elsewhere.

Tried contacting for 3 days. Told id get a call back. Emailed when I didn't receive call back. Now my insurance has been cancelled with no notice even though I tried on multiple occasions to rectify whatever problem there was, which I was never told directly what the problem was either. Avoid wasting time and money with them
