Would actually like to give it zero stars ....seriously worst experience ever....their sale supposed expect made the mistake and trying lay the fault with me. Literally spent all day on phone in tears trying to get more money out of me for the second time. Not happening ...want to cancel just going round in circles literally day before the cooling off period absolute joke of a company. How can they treat customers this way and get away with it....several times just sat left waiting on phone for ages. Will be billing them for my phone calls as well absolute cheek.....

Stay away! There's a reason they are always the lowest priced quote on comparison sites. Once signing up, prices are always raised by some 'validations'. No one picks up the phone, you are on hold for hours! Once they raise the premium and you want to cancel, there's a fee to do so! Test this review and ring them before signing up, watch how long it takes and dont forget to ask them if the price will go up from what was quoted on the Internet. Its a method to reel you in. Pay the next price up and get better insurance. I've learnt my lesson after signing with them twice. Test this review.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are a con. Everything has an additional fee and nothing is stated in their policy. I have had the policy for 4 days abs they want to charge me more than half to cancel. I will never use these people again

Shambles, was promised by 5 different agents that I will be given a call back and surprise surprise nobody has bothered to call me back, taken money from me regarding car insurance then rang me back saying they need to put me with another insurance company and was promised this other company would call me, and again no call from them but right choice insurance brokers taken the payment off me. So finally I rang them again went to there switchboard seems as if all there agents are operating thee switch board spoke to some lady who was laughing didn't listen to my enquiry and transferred me to a line where there was no answer, I stayed on the line for 58min and eventually gave up and then rang again and was advised a manager would call me back and again waiting again, money super market and this unprofessional company need to get there act together still don't have a clue what is going on with my insurance or who I'm with and what will happen to the money I have paid to this unprofessional Insurance brokers.

I feel the quote could of been handled a-lot quicker as i had already entered all info on the renewal quote previous. To then spend 1hour 25 mins on the phone. Apart from that polite and courteous and stayed for a 2nd year. Update they still got my info wrong so dropped another star as this info is clearly important sort it RC!

i cannot express enough not to go with this insurer. I wish i would have looked at reviews first. When people have left a review that this company is a scamming company they are 100% correct. Please note you have to do online share details to view your licence details on the dvla website and send it to them. You also have to send the front and back cover of your licence. This company will charge you extortionate insurance if a detail is out of place, instead of simply amending a document. they charged £900 for a change in address but not only that, when i didn't accept that price and i asked to cancel they said i owed them £700 and i was only with them for 2 months i refused and they dropped it to £200, just so show they were seeing what they could wheedle out of me. They claimed this was due to fees !!!!!! cancellation etc etc. I cancelled my direct debit and they used the card details on their system to take a further £170. They store your card so they can charge you reoccurring charges for the extortionate fees etc. Take my advise or you'll be sorry its not Right Insurance But Wrong Insurance

Do not deal with this company. My grandson organised car insurance through them via comparison website. He paid a deposit or £98.75 (first payment). They then told him they could not insure him because he had no proof of any NCD. They then said if he cancels they want a further cancellation fee and will take it from his account. If they can't continue with the inusurance then they are the ones that are cancelling it. So how do they get away with doing business like this. Rip off merchants.!!! I will be making a complaint to the insurance ombudsman. They should not be allowed to get away with this. The only got 1 star so I could post this.

This company is a proper ripoff buy policy on December asking no claim proof and license did provide but after 14 days cooling of thy asked for validation and his giving me quote another £1400 extra I’m not happy and they cancel policy and charge me cancellation fee of £191 every one should report this company to financial ombudsman this company must stop trading

Agree with everything everyone else has said. I wish I'd of looked at the reviews before hand but! I saw a cheap deal, I NEED my car, I use it EVERY DAY, so I signed up and honestly...feels like I've joined the devil. Every letter is CANCELLED POLICY, CANCELLED POLICY, CANCELLED POLICY. I'm surprised they haven't asked what blood type I am! They don't do multi car cover or allow additional drivers. I've got two insurance policies for two vehicles AND the second vehicle insurer have sent one email and it's sorted... 6 emails deep with these... Having only had their insurance a week and the debacle is still ongoing. I can't wait for my first month to be over and I might cancel. And use the other insurer for both cars.

We had been threatened to have our insurance cancelled due to an error, they then proceeded to tell us they cancelled it... enough of arguing with them I took insurance out with another company. We then received a message from RCIB stating that they had not received the documentation for the insurance to carry on,so ringing them and put on hold for about 25 minutes they were like no we hadn’t cancelled it we just needed the extra document (not said at all previously) unfortunately I had already started with someone else. Then got an email charging £180 for the cancellation (which I did not agree with but so sick of arguing with them) I rang to say I couldn’t afford that much so can we split over 4 months told that was fine... however still took £180 out of our account, luckily my bank recalled and blocked any payments going out until resolved, after being on hold for 30 minutes then being cut off I emailed them and they did apologise but state the £180 went out in error but they had set up for £44 to go out as well. This will not happen as bank as cancelled I have told them they will have to ring me and I will authorise payment separately.. would never recommend them they were bloody dreadful from start to finish .

bunch of robbing cowboys, avoid, they take your money and give no refunds? i took bike insurance out in advance on 01/03/21 , my insurance was to start running from 10/03/21, i had not used my bike all winter, 2 days after paying for renewal insurance i discovered my bike needed too much repairs to make it road worthy so i decided to sell my bike for spares or repairs, , i contacted right choice letting them know the circumstances and asked for a refund, taking in mind the insurance had not even started, anyway the policy cost me £70 and they told me it would cost £60 for me to cancel , absolutely ridiculous, wish i had looked at previous reviews before i used this robbing company, avoid at all costs.

You will need to provide a lot more information than with other insurance companies. I haven't had a claim with them so I don't know about any problems regarding payouts. The policy I have with them is under wrtten by Zenith seems to be exceptional value for money.

I was insured with RCIB for 8 months and made 8 successful direct debit payments. In the 8th month i changed my living situation and moved address, when i did move and called RCIB to update my address on the policy they decided to cancel my insurance. The reason they done this is because you pay a deposit and the last 2 months are free so i pretty much had only a month or two left and I was done but they decided to cancel the insurance and charge me £51 cancellation fee. Not only that but i cant get my no claims bonus for that year. This company pretty much done fraud on me and left me in a bad situation. If it is regulated by FCA someone needs to check how they operate. Not only that but when i spoke to the advisor on the phone to why they are cancelling the insurance the advisor "Andy Gray" started being very hostile on the phone and made me feel like i've done something wrong by changing my address. His service was diabolical, he made me feel like i was never a customer no customer service at all while I was still a customer and paying. My occupation stayed the same but on an email they sent me they stated that my occupation changed (this is also not correct) I wouldn't even insurance my socks with RCIB anymore. EVERYONE AVOID THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

I always had to request things more than once, and each time it takes about 30minutes, even more, to be able to talk with someone. I payed my policy in full at the beginning, but 2 times they sent me an email threatening to cancel the policy because I wasn't paying. Of course I resolve it calling, but you can imagine the frustration as they never answer. Of course I had issue getting my NCB as well, even though I requested it in advance after a week they didn't send me anything, had to go through the support team, who, after 20 min of waiting, sent me a link which wasn't working, thus I had to call again. I 'm not complain about the support staff as they has always been friendly and tried to help, but definitely something is wrong with the company organisation.

If there was an option for a zero star I would have given that. It is the worst insurance company I have dealt with. I got my car insured 5 days before the insurance was actually expiring. After 6 days they called me to tell that I have made a mistake on my form and the new insurance premium would be approx 600 more than what I had already paid. As I was in my 14 days period I asked them to cancel my insurance as I was not ready to pay 600 more. They said fine but they will be deducting 135 from my refund for just 3 days of insurance. I have taken this matter to ombudsman. They are absolute fraud company, I am really surprised ho are they allowed to do business. NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS with them

I bought online insurance from this wrong choice and my insurance was for 5 days later and I paid £250for deposit but before starting the date of my car insurance they said you have a mistake and your policy will be canceled. After8days they return £150 from my deposit in my account if there was minest star I would like to give them. Never buy from this company.

They cancelled my policy due to not being able to insure me on new address. 2 weeks after the my policy stopped. They decided to take over £150 from my account without informing me about it. When I called them after over an hour on the phone got hang up on. No one could tell me why they charged me for it. Waiting on someone to resolve it

AVOID!!! Please read all reviews about this company Been with these for 2 years now and ever had a problem, so long as i paid in full on time and never needed them for anything. I wanted to make a change to the policy and I'm aware that there were fees to pay, but they put hidden fees in, broker fees aswell as insurance fees so my change that should be £35 has an additional £25 broker fee, and this applies to any change, address, car, registration, licence, plus any additional premiums. This is now with the ombudsman and will hopefully lead to this company being forced into making changes.

Please stay away for this Scamers.Avoid Avoid Avoid... When I bought the policy online,This amount will be paid in 10 monthly instalments and the monthly instalment amount will be £115.67. Premium collection will usually begin within the first month and on the same day every month. After I paid deposit of £240.98. I have received an email that policy is in force in accordance with the information you have provided. The insurance company have asked us to validate this policy with yourself. I called them for validation my policy. First I was almost waiting more 40 minutes on the phone line to be answered ????. Well After I got the chance to talk to one of Scamer.He asked me for overwritten my details if there's anything missing. I answered all the questions and detailed information to him then he asked me please wait one the line that he will pass the details to the insurance company. He returns back to me with very high price. Asked him to cancel policy which I haven't used the policy yet, he Said its fine from £240.98 my deposit paid they can only refund me only £9 and the rest 231.98 is cancellation fee. Is there any law in this country. These company is totally fraud ???? and stalling our money...

I was assisted by Alex this morning. He was more than helpful and knew what he was talking about. He offered extra services to go with the insurance such as breakdown cover but was not pushy like some tend to be. It was a thorough phone call in which he obtained all the information required and the end result was a successfully purchased insurance policy.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I've just had the same experience as many other complaints listed here, i just wish i had googled the company and read their reviews before i accepted the offer. The company called me 1 day after my 14 day money back period. They scrutinized every detail of my insurance policy only to find an error i was unaware of. This error cost me an ADDITIONAL £600.00 on top of my current premium of £400.00. I was told to either pay the £600.00 or they would charge me £300.00 of my policy in fees, that's a lot of money for just 15 days of insurance. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

When I first went with this company they where a nightmare to get on the phone regarding my NCB. I then lost my employment due to Covid 19 and was having alot of money problems which I explained on the phone and that I would have to cancel. They then said they where putting it through and shortly hung up. I received a call today asking again about the cancellation which the girl was fine about on the phone. I then received E-Mails about an outstanding balance and that they would remove it from any card used in connection with the account. Failing that they would then pass it on to debt recovery. Now I understand that this was maybe part of the terms and conditions, but the girl could have explained on the phone and an arrangement could be put in place. I emailed back explaining the situation and all I received was a further E-Mail with the final balance and more threats about removing the money using a debt collection agency. I think a bit of understanding and finding a way to resolve it would have been better in these times, but clearly this lot are only interested in money. I would honestly avoid them, if you have to pay a few quid more to go with a reputable company I'd take the hit if I where you!
