I own Micks Vapes in Nottingham and my Business insurance policy was up for renewal. Normally this isnt an issue but things seem to have changed within the last year as my usual broker was unable to get me cover to include products liability. I went from one broker to another without success and felt that there was no hope. As my business insurance policy was up for renewal and nearing its expiry date, I was beginning to wonder if I was ever going to get the cover I needed to continue to trade safely. I eventually stumbled across Anthony Jones Insurance Brokers and spoke to Joe Penny. How helpful is this chap. He took all my details and even liaised with my alarm company. Within a couple of days I had the necessary cover in place to enable me to continue trading and peace of mind too.. Let's hope that next time my policy is up for renewal I will have Joe to help me as he has done on this occasion. Great work Joe and thank you for your valued assistance. Top marks!

It's been more than 5 months since I have been cancelled an insurance policy with this company and they haven't paid back the difference yet. Now I'm talking about a few hundreds pounds but imagine being involved in an accident with damage goods and staff...how would they pay then??? I don't wanna imagine!

Following my retirement from work late in 2014 it was necessary for me to purchase my own car, company cars having been provided during my working life, and of course it was also necessary to obtain car insurance for the first time at the age of 65. I made a couple of enquiries from two insurance companies and was appalled at the fees companies wished to charge for fully comprehensive insurance. A close friend of mine put me in touch with Anthony Jones Insurance Brokers, with whom she has been for a number of years, and I have not looked back! Excellent service provided by a member of staff dedicated to your requirements who on every occasion you get to speak to without any long and complicated processes'. I was delighted at the insurance fee's quoted and have enjoyed good service from them over the past 27 months that includes changing policies from one car to another without any problems at all.

I've had my vehicle insurances, both commercial & private, provided by Anthony Jones for many a year. Perhaps not quite the cheapest but very close to the bone. More importantly they are good people that you can talk to and get sensible, no-nonsense, advice from. I cannot see any reason why I might consider moving away from them.
