I am insuring my car with them for the few years so far and frankly, for many years I tried to find better and l cheaper option - and I never succeed. They are *so* good, and policies I get are so well tailored to my needs so well, I am no longer inclined to find an alternative.
And on top of this I always get comprehensive answers to all and any of my questions and doubts, plus, on top of that, they strive to adjust to their client - just today i had a chat with Mr J. Maliszewski who did all he could to streamline and speed up our conversation merely because I was short on time. And he succeed in style.
Thank you guys, you're really saving time and money - and you're really friendly and super respectful. I appreciate it very much.

Response: it took us multiple calls, even if its issued by an underwriter, it shouldn't take so long and required many phone calls. It was even more than 3 weeks but never mind.
