Incredibly friendly staff, from the front start to finish! Didn't take long either, was there for no longer than 20-30 minutes. Incredibly thorough with their procedure and act professionally to any incidents.
Was my first time and can safely say I am fine and was painless. Will be back again!

I was there to give blood. Mask compliance was excellent. It was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Anxiety-safe I'd say. Toilets were fine.

Visited for training. It's tucked behind roads but not too hard to find. Not a bad venue but should limit number of trainees..too many chairs rammed into a small space.
Great snacks given during breaks, appreciated the healthier options (no fruit and veg left just biscuits!)

Came here for an awards bash for a charity I volunteer for. It's quite a basic hall, but with large window and high ceilings. We had food and drink so catering can be done - food was all cold though and brought from M&S though. I did notice there was a kitchen, but not sure if hot food is possible.
