Cavendish was an overall great venue! The staff was extremely flexible and responsive both prior to our event, during the event, and after! Very friendly an accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to help out! The AV support was excellent and our event went on without any issues, which we cannot say for most venues we use! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent central location. Easy to reach. Bright and welcoming interior. Excellent audio-visual facilities. Comfortable seating and the auditorium allows easy interaction. Good food! I would happily recommend The Cavendish as a meeting/conference venue.

Had a fantastic experience working with the Team at the Cavendish. They were helpful, willing and determined in making sure that our event was a success and I absolutely cannot thank them enough for it. From the venue, to the location, to the food and the staff at the Venue, everything worked out really well and I just want to say a big thank you to the team and also one one of the team members Eleni who went above and beyond for helping with the logistics of the event and for making sure that the day ran as smoothly as possible, I cannot thank her enough.

Great location for the conference I attended, only a short walk from the underground. The conference room itself was spacious, light, good air-conditioning, great sound, well organised with drink, paper, pencil and water.

As conference organisers we are big fans of the Cavendish. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. They make our jobs easier as they are so good at their jobs. Our delegates are always complimentary about the service and the food. The AV support is excellent. We would do more events here if we could.

Always a pleasure to come here to attend our annual conference. The room is big, but still very intimate and comfortable (with water available at each seat, a very nice addition). The service is good.
However, part of the food was not so tasty. But good point to offer vegetarian choices :)

This is the second time that we have used Cavendish Conference Centre for our conference. Dermot and his team were as brilliant as the last time. Nothing was too much trouble and they looked after us with 5 star service. The food was fantastic and the delegates all complimented us on our choice of venue.
We will be back again next year.

Excellent venue with a high standard of equipment, and absolutely first class customer service. This is the least stressful venue I have come across as a conference organiser because the team at the Cavendish are so efficient and their attention to detail is superb. We use the venue regularly now and always get positive feedback from our delegates and exhibitors.

We at Passle ran our inaugural Rainmaker event here in 2018. I can highly recommend the space and the team. The team made the day very easy, the technical aspects and catering were all looked after and the team were kind enough to be flexible with entry and exit times during the setup and pack of the event.
The space itself is excellent, very professional and slick. We had multiple comments from attendees that the space blew them away as they entered. It definitely has a wow factor. Perhaps more importantly, the space is flexible enough to accommodate 100-200 people comfortably, which was most helpful for a first time event.

The team at the Cavendish conference centre have been amazing, as they are at all Cavendish venues. Renata and her team have been a pleasure to work with and very accommodating of all requests, for ourselves and our delegates. Max, Renata,, Richard and Dermot have been an amazing team and very efficient.
It makes hosting an event at the Cavendish a very stress-free affair.
Delegates have always given us great feedback for the catering at events we have hosted here and I share their sentiments.

Attended a conference here and the general arrangements for the day were very good in terms of how the venue looked after delegates Surprisingly large venue hidden underground which made the setup of the theatre very disappointing. Seats were cramped together with little leg room (unless you are happy to stick your legs out into the following aisle). Also, the space is very broad so if you are sat at the extreme edge of the seating then it is hard to see the main projector screen and the secondary side screens are very high up which did give me a pain in the neck by the end of the day as I was sat at the front and had to constantly stare up.

Really impressed with this place hidden away in a quiet backstreet. The finishing touches from the lit foyer, down the stairs and into the reception room. Small plants, atmospheric lighting, clean. The auditorium is huge, comfortable, well lit and very welcoming. I definitely look forward to coming here again.

Good venue, has ample space and catering services were great. However why they don't have someone at reception helping direct people to the right room is something I don't understand. I was looking everywhere for the room I was supposed to be in which could have been avoided quite easily.

This was the first conference that I have ever attended at a Cavendish venue, and I was very impressed with the facilities and the staff in all respects. The large auditorium in which our meeting took place allowed all delegates to have a clear view of a huge screen for PowerPoint presentations; re-jigging of presentations to cater for a last-minute change of speakers was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The company's website has clear photographs of the auditorium and other rooms.
The refreshments and lunch were also excellent, and the venue enhanced an already interesting and informative panel of speakers. The venue staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient, which all helped to make the conference a great success. I have no hesitation in recommending this Cavendish venue for a similar event.

Lovely conference centre in the heart of London. Very good catering and refreshment facilities. Step free access and a 5-10 minute walk from the tube and main shopping facilities. Good audiovisual equipment ideal for a small to medium conference/ business event.

Pleasant venue with very friendly and impressively hard working staff. Food very good, served hot and a large selection of veggie nosh. My only complaint is the carpet which is incredibly dizzymaking if looked at too long. I attended a dementia conference and it is not at all dementia friendly. A colleague who has dementia says it does his head in.

Easy access from Oxford Circus underground Station - 9 minutes walk. Large auditorium but a bit tight to get in an out. Food healthy and fresh and plentiful. staff helpful and polite. will recommend. 4 stars because it was a bit difficult to hear the speakers at times.

Always a fantastic experience. Lovely auditorium with big screens and stepped seating. But seats very squashed and impossible to get out of without disturbing the entire row. But wonderful healthy meals laid on with excellent bathroom facilities.

Attended Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund Conference here. Excellent Centre for meetings and conferences. I would suggest, always travel by public transport parking in Central London is very difficult and very expensive.

An excellent venue - neatly hidden behind the very busy Cavendish Square. I was there for a work conference and the entire ground floor had lots of space for delegates to move around not to mention the helpfulness of the Staff and the food was delicious too!

As a professional events organiser and conference producer of nearly 20 years, I have no hesitation in recommending this venue. The staff are great, the food superb, and the facilities second to none. As a dedicated conference centre, as opposed to a swanky hotel, it is absolutely focused on and geared to your requirements. The auditorium is brilliant in terms of acoustics - many speakers don't even require a mic at all. But the AV provision is absolutely spot on - how nice not to spend the previous 8 hours sticking down cables with gaffer tape!! I have used this venue at least 6 or 7 times, and it is always my first suggestion when working with a new client who is looking for a central London venue. I look forward to seeing you again soon!
