Just got my X Type Jaguar back with a Amplifier and 4 speaker upgrade. From initial first contact, Steve knew exactly what I wanted and quoted immediately. I now have the Jag back and the sound is amazing, I would say a 10 Fold improvement. Highly recommended, these guys know exactly what they are doing.

It's a pretty custom type of a job that you go to a place like this. Bare in mind that prices are also "custom", but at least you'll know that they'll do the job properly. Giving it 4 stars only because it's a bit pricey.

Booked into here for a simple stereo fitting after my original unit was on its way out. They booked me in on the weekend and got it all done in under an hour. Friendly service and the price was pretty reasonable.

Used these guys for the first time through recommendation, MMI completely blank on our Audi Q3, fault traced and fixed the same day. Audi main dealer said they needed the car for two days! I only recommend people I would use again, Steve and his team have my ????????

Second time using Steve for reverse camera. First time was for my Vw touran 2016 installing a reverse camera into the original screen and worked a treat. And again this week for my bmw 2019 2 series where he linked the camera to the existing screen. Such clean work and reasonable prices.

I had an electrical issue with my Audi (it’s stored on a car stacker and every time it was lifted the alarm would go off). I spoke to the main dealer and four different German car specialists. All of the above mentioned couldn’t stop the alarm from sounding when the car was in motion. I dropped the car into Custom Ice, and the problem was fixed within the hour for an extremely reasonable price. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Called up a few car audio people and they sounded so vague about fixing my BMW audio and navigation screen. CustomICE said it'd be around £30 to open everything up and diagnose the issue and give me an estimateestim I could decide what to do. They diagnosed it as water damage to the unit in the boot and estimated it'd cost £150 to repair. One thing after another and it was months before I went back to them to get it booked in. Not only did they fix it, but they got it done for £105, even cheaper than their estimate. Massively impressed.

I had a Amp & bass box fitted here. They done a great job but would of gave them 5 star's should they of offered me a cuppa tea or drink on my hour & a half wait.. Sorry lads lol

My multi cd changer was not playing discs or ejecting.Booked car in 9am, Soon after lunch they phoned and said they took it out and checked it but could find nothing wrong.Just charged me £30. Could have charged over £100- so honest company in my opinion.Would recommend speak to Steve a great helpful guy.

Having utilised the services of Custom Ice in Chingford (who incidentally I have also used when they based in Tottenham as R's eleectrics) on numerous occasions to fit an alarm, tracker system, a high end dvd stereo player, amplifier and subwoofer to my Mercedes, I have found them to be very professional with services of a very high standard and very reasonable prices. The frontline services gentleman is Steve who is very friendly and approachable, has in depth knowledge of the products they sell and offers excellent customer service and advice. Having agreed on the cars condition to the body panels, interior etc prior to installation, they stated fitting the high end stereo would take three days, two days later I was called and informed my car was ready, with excitement I promptly made my way to Custom Ice where I was shown my stereo with a demonstration of the various functions and effects. Not only did they fit the stereo to a high standard but also made good some exposed wiring from the prior owners less than professional installation. I would definitely endorse and recommend the services off Custom Ice to anyone who is potentially looking for the installation services on the products they offer.

The guy at the shop was very polite and was very likeable however the shop made a lot of mistakes. They gave me incorrect information with regards to features of the item I had paid to have installed. They did not accept fault for the false info and this resulted in me having to pay more money to rectify a major mistake of there own, but I still left unsatisfied as I had something fitted in the car which did not do what I wanted it to do. They gave me incorrect times as to when the car would be ready, I had to wait for 50 minutes over the completion time given. The worst part was that they damaged the panels inside the car where they had to remove the stereo unit to fit the kit and did not tell me about it. Background Information I called up and enquired as to what I would need to purchase to be able to connect my Ipod to my BMW 6 SERIES, I had mentioned that I wanted to be able view the tracks on my cars built in screen and be able to change track using the steering wheel controls. They then advised me that I would need either a Female AUX kit or an Ipod adapter kit. Now seen us there was two kits available I decided to purchase a AUX kit because it was compatible with more devices. When I brought my vehicle to have the kit installed I re-iterated my expectations before work had began and I was assured that everything would work as it should from the man that works at the front desk. Now before installation began I was asked where I would like the cable to be installed so I then enquired as to where the best place would be and went with his suggestion which was the glove compartment. Six hours later my car was ready for pickup, once I had paid for everything I was then told my car is out in the front waiting for me, I was not shown what they have done or how everything works so had to sit down for 10 minutes trying to figure how everything worked and to my surprise noticed that I was not able to change track. When I went back in the shop and spoke to the man at the desk he then changed his attitude with regards to this kit being able to control the music playing device from the steering wheel and then said in fact you do need to do it manually from the device which is now in the glove compartment. So after a lengthy argument over there bad advice and many mistakes made by them, they refused to put anything right. They had then specified that I did in fact need an Ipod kit to have the functions that I was looking for. As they did not offer to give me that kit instead I was then charged to have the AUX kit moved into the arm rest compartment where I would then be in arms reach to then change the tracks myself. On my way back home I did notice slight scratches on the fascias of the cars dashboard and when I called them up they claimed they where already there. So knowing that I took them a car which cost £65,000 brand new you can just imagine how I felt at the end of this ordeal. I would not recommend them for anything other than selling equipment but make sure you look into key features online from the manufacturer as they cannot be trusted. I would also recommend you have things fitted from a place with good reviews as I think there is a reason there aren't any reviews of this place anywhere considering they have been open for so long.
