Came across this place on google, as local stereo shop to me had closed down. Neil is very knowledgeable and professional and Has very reasonable prices. The work was conducted swiftly and professionally and Neil cannot do enough for his customers. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Worth travelling to if your not local too.

I did come back! Had a full audio system installed and really the effort placed into the fitting of this audio system was second to none. From the custom wood speaker holder to all the cable management everything was done flawlessly!

Best place to get any interior work done, Neil was very knowledgeable and it shows in his work and skills.
Installed a new head unit, very professional work.
The best part is if he notices any thing in the car that is out of order or can be arranged better he will do it for free, but the best thing being he will fix what u already have rather than charge you for a new one.
The receptionist is also very welcoming.
Going back in the future.

Hi everyone who appreciates unstinting service! I called in for some advice today and expected to be asked to book an appointment for an appraisal of my non functioning DAB car radio. The reception lady called to the owner who appeared from a back room, listened to my wants and asked where the car was. Just outside I replied. In less than 5 minutes he had the power wire identified as not being connected to a distant harness which was hidden deep within the dashboard. Loose connection! All done in a trice. Perfect reception restored. No charge, despite me offering. Hence this testimonial. If I ever need audio or dash cam work or similar, I'll be back!

Lived up to the very high praise in all the reviews. I had a simple job done on my 2014 Mini cooper to replace the standard door speakers with some high quality replacements. I had emailed Neil with my questions and he was very helpful by reply on the email suggesting some BLAM audio direct replacements. He answered all my questions very knowledgeably and was very efficient in the job, even installing a little sound deadening in the doors without charging extra. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get work done. Mine was a simple job I would definitely feel confident with his knowledge and ability for far more complicated installations. Penny the receptionist is amazing also, very efficient, helpful and very friendly.

Came today for a head unit change, reverse camera and other bits to be done on a Mazda 6, and ... What an experience! Everyone knows that feeling, when you to a new place without knowing what to expect, but hopping for a good experience?!...Well, starting with the very nice lady from the reception and ending with Neil, I felt like I was among long time friends! Even though it was my first time at this car shop...but not the last!

Not one to usually leave reviews but on occasion you come across a business and people who deserve recognition for the exceptional level of service, attention to detail, knowledge and warmth that is missing nowadays. Penny and Neil at Creative Car Sounds are one of those exceptions. If you’re looking for good prices and good people then I cannot recommend Creative Car Sounds enough.

I was recommended to creative car sounds from a friend of mine who spoke highly of the company & of Neil the engineer/car audio installer, I wanted a Pioneer Ts-Wx400D under seat sub & amp to which Neil supplied & fitted at a very reasonable price.
Neil's workmanship is second to none, a very neat & tidy installation with every wire hidden & formed neatly, you always hope that when your car is going somewhere to be worked on that they take care of your pride n joy & to be honest from the 1st day I went to creative car sounds & spoke with Neil who answered all my questions promptly & efficiently I knew & could tell that Neil is the right man & company for the job just by Neil's presentation & mannerisms.
I had the Pioneer ts-wx400d installed today & I'm more than delighted with the job, Neil showed me his workmanship & asked me where I would like the gain controller to be installed, overall a 5 star service from creative car sounds that delivered in a prompt time frame with great quality of work.
On another note, Penny at the front of the shop is a nice lady, we was speaking about Christmas time & dinners which made the time pass quick & most of all you can tell the level of conversation was not just for the sake of it but actually created a bond between customer & staff, so thank you guys for all your services & help, it's truly appreciated & without a doubt I will use you again in the future should I need to change my sounds. ????????

It's already sounding as good as my stolen system which I rated highly and I haven't been through the breaking period yet.so lots to look forward to. Exemplary service from Penny and Neil: Penny in terms of ensuring that the right parts were ordered as well as confirming the day before that I was still attending my appointment through to Neil who fitted the actual stereo and answered all my questions before he started. I wanted a simple solution (i.e. a single din stereo to get my music from my phone to play through the car's stereo as well as being able to make phone calls, all over Bluetooth). Not only did Neil get it installed and set up correctly the first time, he was also very knowledge, approachable, and helpful too. And the icing on the cake? Reasonably priced too. Highly recommended for your audio needs, from simple through to complex solutions.

The customer service is pretty good, but the quote I received was a joke! I was told that the installation would set me back £96.00 and the stereo system offered to me was overpriced by £40-£50. Neil seems to know what he's talking about but bombarding customers with loads of information is typical salesman tactics. If you want an overpriced service then go ahead.
