My experience using this venue and working with the staff was excellent, communication was clear and consistent. The room was set up well in advance and was tidy and well presented. Staff were always on hand to help, the catering was wonderful and I had no problems throughout our event. I hope to use Cavendish again for one of my events as I had a great experience with them and their venues.

We have used the Hallam Conference Centre several times now for both large events and smaller full day meetings. The meeting spaces are good and the rooms have plenty of natural light. We were particularly impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. All of the people working at Hallam are friendly and polite - nothing is too much trouble. The food was really good - much better than other venues we have used recently - and the kitchen catered well for our clients' dietary requirements and allergies. We would be happy to recommend Hallam.

My company held an all-day event at Hallam Conference Centre in January 2020. The Cavendish Venue staff were extremely helpful in helping to confirm arrangements beforehand, along with helping with minor changes we made on the day. The venue was bright and cheerful, and the catering provided was excellent, with the chef easily adapting to various dietary requirements. The friendliness of the staff could not be faulted which helped to make the day a great success. We will certainly consider returning again for a future event.

We recently hired the Hallam Conference Centre for the whole day and was very impressed by the overall service and venue. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the venue is just perfect for conferences. The team take the time to fully understand your requirements and ensure everything runs seamlessly on the day. I can’t recommend this venue enough.

If you are looking for a corporate event book this venue now! The venue and staff are outstanding. Every query leading up to the event and during was answered quickly and professionally. The whole team from the catering staff, AV technician to all the management were super helpful and polite. The rooms are beautiful and the location spot on. I can't rate it highly enough, we will definitely be back!

I attended a one day training course last week at the Hallam Conference Centre and was very impressed. When I arrived the person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and directed me to the correct room. It was well decorated, in good condition and very clean. The AV facilities in the room were good, the toilets were clean and the coffee and pastries provided were of a good quality. I would definitely be happy to come here again.

We held a company meeting at the Hallam Conference Centre in January 2020, using the Council and Regent rooms. Our business is based in Hertfordshire, so the venue was accessible for our team with good transport links.
The communication in advance was great and the spaces were bright and set up as requested. The catering choices were comprehensive and the food was very good, well received by the team, with dietary requirements well accommodated. Would definitely recommend and use again for future meetings and events.

We recently hosted a three day event for 200+ attendees at the Hallam Conference Centre, alongside using two rooms in the Cavendish Centre on the final day. Throughout the three days, the staff of the venue were outstanding in their service. Nothing was too much in order to assist you in planning and co-ordinating your day (special thanks to Gina for the preparation prior to the event), the AV assistance provided was highly rated and the refreshments and food provided was of good quality. I highly recommend this venue for a corporate event.

I would highly recommend this venue. I needed to arrange a training meeting, with a short lead time - the Cavendish Venues sales team were really quick to respond to the request providing a great proposal. The Venue Manager at the Hallam was quick to cover all requirements and such a pleasure to work with, as are the entire Cavendish team! Feedback from the trainer on the day - 'all was really good, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the food especially was delicious!' Thank you to the whole team!

There are not enough good words to describe The Hallam Conference Centre and its very friendly helpful team.
The Hallam Conference Centre is a beautiful spacious building, so ornate and the previous home of The General Medical Council in an excellent Central London location.
From the beginning to the end of planning our event here, the staff-Gina and Derry were simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, every need and detail catered for, great food and even our own IT man for the day. Fabulous.
Regular contact and a calm approach assured us that our day would be nothong but perfect. Even help with finding a decoration specialist as we were celebrating the 50th meeting of our particular group.
As a venue and a team, highly recommended. 5 Stars from us. Thank you.

Have used the location 3 days for our company induction and I had a beautiful experience. The reception staff are amazing, very helpful and welcoming.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with large screen and air conditioning. The catering service was very good, topped up everything on time, a large variety of hot and cold food was served every day. The catering team was very attentive and knowledgeable of the food contents.
I would definitely recommend this place.

This was the first time we'd used The Hallam and we weren't disappointed. The staff were all very helpful and the rooms we used were great. There was an issue with drilling going on outside but that was out of the control of the venue although Gina did resolve this by asking the workmen to rearrange their lunchbreak to ensure the drilling didn't impede too much on our morning meeting. It has to be noted that the food was amazing! We had such positive feedback about this! I would have no hesitation in using The Hallam again and would recommend.

I attended a Mitrofanoff Support event at the Hallam Conference Centre on Saturday and was very impressed with the facilities. Staff were polite and helpful and the food was great - a good selection of hot and cold options with healthy options too! Lots of healthy snacks and drinks provided throughout the day. A central location within easy reach of Great Portland Street Underground Station ( around 5 minutes walk). Would recommend this venue.

Staff were wonderful, support whilst running our event was fantastic. The room was comfortable, the food was superb. Hosted an event for our charity Mitrofanoff Support last Saturday and was very impressed with the venue and staff. Stoyan was superb in leading the day in a calm and friendly way. If you avoid the pricey AV packages I think the cost was very reasonable given the location and would say good value for money given the welcome, facilities and quality of food. Would recommend and may well return!

I ran a conference at Hallam last week, everything was as requested, staff were friendly, helpful and on hand throughout the day which is always a benefit just in case something goes wrong.
Nothing was too much trouble and lots of delegates commented on how lovely the venue was and in particular the food.

I recently attending an all day training day with Pearson at the Hallam Conference Centre. The venue is a lovely old-style building with a well-equipped and modern, comfortable interior. It was very easy to find, only a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus station.
The staff were helpful and attentive and the training itself was thorough and enjoyable, with modern equipment such as projectors and laptops, and fast WiFi at our disposal. A delicious lunch (hot food too!) was provided, as well as tea and coffee throughout the day.
I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to host training or conferences.

I wanted to write a review of the Hallam Conference Centre as my whole experience has been fantastic. All staff were helpful and polite on every encounter. I was very impressed at how quietly and discreetly they carried out the change over of refreshments throughout the day of my conference, no-one knew they were even in the room. Lunch was exceptional and offered a huge variety, to suit everyone. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience, I will certainly recommend you to anyone looking for a central London conference venue.

This venue was lovely, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The only problem I found was the bell to alert you were outside in a wheelchair didn’t seem to work and the access ramp that was used was VERY steep.
