This is an old, established building that has a great history. I have been here on numerous occasions for civil service events and it's a popular choice. This time I'm here for a conversation with William Gibson on his book Agency. This shows the diverse events that happen here. It is a lovely wooden walled main room. Very relaxing. Worth a visit or at least check what's happening here when you're in the area.

Saw Brian Greene give a fantastic talk. The staff were friendly and the architecture is beautiful. Could do with some cushions for the seats. Easily walkable from Westminster or St James's Park tube stations.

First impressions, beautiful building and the auditorium is breath taking the architecture of the building is just exquisite. I was there for over a week as we have our events there. And the staff are all warm and welcoming. John, Chin , Sarah , have been very attentive and made us feel part of the team. All the guys that worked in the lobby have been amazing and everyone worked so hard to make everything run smoothly. I highly recommend this place as it is a great venue and more over the people that are in charge and work there will make your experience there be so great you would not want to leave. I look forward being back there in the Summer!!!

Lovely place. Saw Nigel Farage. Press were there. Michael Heaver. Richard Tice. Half of them were already at the pub around the corner! My friend and I stood next to Heaver drinking with a few others. Dan turned up Farages assistant. Great nite.

Great space for a talk. Wish it were a tad closer to a Tube station.

Atmospheric building with character but the seats that are in the main hall are uncomfortable- I would advise you to bring cushions! Also, there aren't enough toilets for times in breaks during events so the queue, especially for the womens', gets massive but other than that it's a good place. There's a small cafe downstairs for snacks and shops to get lunch within a 5 minute walk.

Went here for a day trip for school. Facilities were great and easy access from bus stops and tube stations a 10 min walk away. Also near to many London landmarks in the heart of the city, so a great spot for any tourists visiting.

Lovely place to attend a lecture. What a wonderful space and well lit too, with good acoustics. Make sure to get there early so a pillar does not get in your way though.

Held a half day conference here - working religious premises at the weekend but conference/event facility during the week. Excellent AV facilities, onsite staff - Elvis was amazing! Food was simple but ample and our delegates didn't complain. Cost effective for a central London venue. Their tiered auditorium can hold 800+ -

I went there for a school trip where a group of qualified scientists lectured about all sorts. Personally I really enjoyed it. I thought the staff were friendly and the lectures were interesting and really made me think. As a building, the Emmanuel centre is nice. The toilets could be better but they weren't problematic. It's main hall is very spacious and let's in a fair bit of naturally light. It's a good place for talks and other things

Polite, attentive pleasant staff. Coffee area good and toilets are clean. Chairs are actually comfortable too. Now that makes a pleasant change?

It was very spacious and looked very modern yet old fashioned. The seats weren't very comfortable though, especially if you will be sitting there for more than 1.5 hours.

Both a conference centre and a church. It is a superb venue that has both large auditorium and sizeable breakout rooms. The bathrooms demonstrate the age of the place but it is in great condition, well maintained and very helpful staff. Very impressive auditorium with wooden seats, great acoustics and decent wooden seating

Rlly beautiful inside, and quite modern. Most of the science education talks are based there, and they couldn't have chosen a better place????

Large space with good facilities. Lots of varying sizes additional rooms. Great for conferences and seminars. Only downside is lack of parking, as located in Westminster.

Good sound quality during speeches, and a nice venue. Only complaint is of the wooden bench seats, bring a pillow to sit on or you risk losing all sensation in your legs

A Westminster based Christian Church. A very friendly environment which is open to new comers. I was impressed that the entire service and the words to the Christian songs is signed for those in the congregation with hearing difficulties.

Good place for conference and meetings. A Tesco express is nearby and a pret a manger on the corner, but they have a kitchen for catering services if needed . The main hall has very good acoustics for speeches and a mixer desk to record sessions. I have always found the staff helpful and friendly. Also many Bible verses around the walls make for good reading and a testament to the historical past of the building.

I attended an Public meeting with some some well-known faces discussing about Brexit getting an peoples vote on it. The hall was very full, I spent the whole day. The place doesn't look like any thing from the outside but inside it really something different worth checking out for meetings or getting married there if you want if have the money.
