Very good service to my first time visit at Halfords Sutton. Found the products I wanted and staff helped me also with other items that were not on the shop floor. Over all a very good visit. I will most certainly be visiting Sutton Halfords store in the near future.

Halfords shop is nice, you can find some good discounts here and there, staff is helpful. Regarding the service, been there only once, had 2 windscreen chips repaired by one of their employees (was a biker) and he did a fantastic job, hence 5 stars.

The technician was very helpful and checked my bike at no cost. Adjusted the breaks and fitted a quick release fixing for the seat (I purchased in Halfords). I booked the appointment on line, which was straight forward. I was received at the booked time with no wait. So very happy with the service /system.

I had a new battery fitted at the Sutton Branch. It was a difficult fit in the boot of my car and access was not easy. The lady who fitted it (Tracey) worked very hard to get it done, in the poring rain.

The process for ordering car parts was very efficient and my order was available for collection in store within less than 2 hours.
It would have been even better if I was given the option of placing the order over the phone instead of having to make 2 trips within a short space of time.
Also, all but one of the staff was wearing a ???? mask and that individual was not observing social distancing guidelines.

It was only a bulb change but in and out of the store in about 5 mins...... excellent service! Told the person at the till my reg, paid for the bulb and fitting, a member of staff got the bulb - fitted it and I was away in less than 5 mins with a legal car again.....all at a very reasonable price..... thank you Halfords

Good experience but could be so much better. My bike was repaired and i must admit it feels like new. Unfortunately some members of staff seem uninterested which spoilt the experience. Two who stood out though and sorted all the problems were Scott the deputy manager and Michael the bike tech. Michael explained everything in detail which is all i wanted in the first place

Avoid Halfords Bike service!! Waste of time! I booked a session to check my bike.I had to get it fixed. The guy told me he has 70 bikes to fix he cannot take mine. Why having appointment then??? For parts it is expensive business. Order it online you save lots. They double if not triple the price. Avoid this shop.

The staff doesn't seem to be very cheerful considering it's just the start of the day and it felt like I gave them a problem just by collecting my order.
UPDATE: Collected another order. The staff this time was nice. It obviously depends on who's behind the counter, so I think it deserves to increase the star rating from 2 to 4.

Convenient parking, good open store layout with helpful friendly staff. I had to return a faulty battery with 5 year warranty, it was exchanged for a new one without issue. The emailed receipt made this very easy to conduct.
