I went have my head light bulbs changed as they blew, on arrival I asked if someone could do it for me and I payed the ridiculous amount they charge.
First the guy can't get the head lamp box off so calls someone else, then he takesnout the wrong bulb and breaks it. Fortunately replaced it for nothing.
They then manage to fit both lights and blow a fuse so all of my lights went off.
They changed the fuse and all was fine...... Or so I thought until today when I was cleaning my car and found the bolts for the head lights box on the bonnet air vent meaning they hadn't even bothered to screw it back in.
I'm amazed they were still there as it's been nearly 2 weeks now. They could have flown off and hit a car behind me smashing their windscreen.
I will not be using them again.

Rubbish service. Urgently needed a bike,only to be told mumerous selections advertised were 'discontinued' with the alternatives beong of coursemore expensive. Finally ordered a carerra crossfire 2, and waited the best part of a week only to then find there was no order, with nobody able to account for why, or able to offer me a viable alternative. Buying a house would have been less hassle.

Very poor, ordered a few items on click and collect(Website said they were available and could be collected within an hour) Got to the store about 2 hours after ordering. No members of staff were visible and had to wait about 5 minutes until someone came to the till, then got sent upstairs to the bike section and the member of staff there told me I should go back to the till. After this he checked the order to see if the items were picked. They were not. He proceeded to pick them for me and only 1 of 4 items I had wanted / "Reserved" were even in the store! Surely if an item is not in stock it is not available for click and collect. Fix your website and your staffing issues! The only plus is the member of staff who picked the items was helpful.

Typical incompetence from Halfords staff. Went to pick up a parcel bought online from Halfords because of previous experience in the store. I forgot my phone at home so didn't have a qr code and was told that I can only get the parcel with the code. Went back home and got my phone and read the collection details, turns out I I don't need to have the code if I have two forms of id, which I told the attendant I had. What idiots.

Sutton halfords autocenter - Avoid, they will only fix something if they find fault code on odb scanner, then probably google where the part is and use youtube to know how to replace it.. any other issues you have for example with fuel pressure , oil pressure, coolant temp sensor etc.. jist find somewhere else to do it dont waste your time, if you need to change your tyres that's the place any other repairs? Please look away
