Booked in for repair & queued up for a while to get in which is expected. Unfortunately all downhill from there....waited an hour just to pickup only to be told repair isnt done even though it had beeb dropped off 4 hours earlier. Absolute waste of time & poor service. Staff looked like they are run into the ground & place need to either hire more people or develop a better service for customers

Total shambles, quede for 25 minutes to get to the front and then the guy serving at the till has to go and fit lightbulbs to 2 cars. Other staff hanging around totally unconcerned that the queue isn't moving and people aren't being served. One of the staff anounces to the other he's going for a cigarette whilst what looks like the manager walks out to get lunch with the queue of people waiting is just ignored.

Been there twice in the covid lockdown and most member of staff here are miserable and quite rude apart from the one lady with glasses with blondy/Brown hair she was helpful also would like to mention the bald bike mechanic questioned my items and told me what I needed as he thought it was better (personal preference) and I had to ask twice for the item I had asked for originally just putting my views and opinions out there I went to tooting halfors once and the customer service was excellent I know where I'll be going in the future

I had 4 bulbs that had gone so tried out their purchase and fitting service. Excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable person that helped me. I didn't know what bulbs I needed but he got them for me. All done and dusted in under half an hour. Good price.

Great service, booked the bike check up and the lady there was really helpful, advice me to change the brake pads and some other bits, so left my bike there and in half an hour got a call saying bike is ready to go. Really happy with service they provided.

Lilly and Dave were extremely helpful today and went the extra mile. I wanted to change out my radio on the car and they ensured I had all the items needed in order to install it myself. The store was busy but they still managed to be attentive and thorough with me whilst letting the other customers know they would be looked after shortly.
I installed the radio myself for the first time and that was thanks to their help!

Well stocked, staff are pleasant just don't seem to have enough staff around to deal with customers. Last popped into there and there was only 6 customers and the staff seemed over stretched and couldn't handle it and it showed. Will keep going to this branch as it's my local. No other negatives.

Despite waiting for an extended period of time for the build- speaking to customer services earlier in the day I wasted the cost of a cab to make it to store for the time advised. Only to be turned away 30 mins before close at the door as they have to shut the store on time. No one told me in advance and there is nothing up online. Chap on the door shrugged about it saying they had to be closed for six.

I needed to change the taillight bulb on my scooter. Inside the store the guys was helpful and they recommended me to go outside and talk with theirs colleague who used to fix bikes. This old man enjoyed his break time outside in the car park, he was sitting on the floor and smoking. Gently I tried to get some help from him but his answer was like i’m on my break. I just needed his opinion nothing else but he was lazy even to talk with me. Thanks big man your rude attitude. Worst costumer service ever!

I never used to rate Halfords much but this one has saved me a few times when I've needed stuff to maintain and clean my car and road bike. I've always found the store to be clean, tidy and very well stocked. Prices are ok when compared to online and the opening hours are handy when you just want something now and don't have time to wait for delivery!

Great service fixing my bike. Booked into Be looked at on Friday and was hold would not be looked at until Monday. This was more then find only to be call Saturday morning and it was completed ready for collection.
Was served by Josh when dropping it off and picking up. Very friendly member of staff and remembered my bike when collected without saying what bike it was (ridge)

A huge thank you to Tracey who not only replaced and fitted my BMW windscreen wipers, but also went above and beyond in helping me to correct a problem with my windscreen washer jets after the rubber pipe work had some how fallen apart.
A BMW garage would have no doubt cost me a fortune to repair the problem.

Came here to get a numberplate bulb. The lady who came to fit it gave up after 3 or 4 mins and said she couldnt do it.. then i was left out of pocket and no bulbs had been done. Wouldnt go back????????

Disaster the main headlight on my 2010 SLK blew. It was 2 in the afternoon and I was out and after a google it looked like to change was a bit of a bugger and involved taking the inner wheel arch off (according to Mercedes-Benz world) so I bought a bulb from Halfords and they said “would u like us to fit it” and I said if you can yes but it’s hard. Enter a fantastic team and a young lady who’s name I didn’t get. She had small hands. And managed to change the bulb for me, and there’s no way my hands would fit in that space.
So one very happy customer

Very disappointed..
Walked in to buy a child car seat and there was only one rude person in charge of everything. There was a queue of 8 people for the till and I had to wait at least half an hour to get someone to make some questions. Will not use again because it is such a waste of time for my money.
Such a shame, as poor investment in personnel sooner or later will shut this brand down as well as other big UK retailers recently...
