Very quick delivery, good communication and probably the best packaging I have seen. I’ve been tinkering with cars forever and usually heavy things are poorly packed. I bought a full brake disc conversion and they came in individual boxes with a heavy duty closed cell foam protection. I was really impressed. Thank you.

Been restoring my Delta HF turbo and have spoken to various places trying to source parts. None have been more helpful than these guys. Although they have not always had the part I needed they were happy to recommend others that might. This sort of great service made me happy to make them my first place now to check for parts.

I ordered gifts for a Fiat 126 enthusiast. Ricambio customer service was excellent, responding quickly and communicating well with queries.

Asked if delivery Christmas Eve was possible, told it was so paid extra for express delivery. Item did not arrive. Received a text from DHL to say it would be delivered on the 30th, a week later. This is not express! Items ordered from other places arrived on time. Poor service.

Excellent. My Fiat Cinquecento is 24 years old and the speedometer cable had snapped. They where so very helpful especially for somebody who had so many questions about the length and whether the cable would fit my car. I ordered and paid and it was delivered the next morning - wonderful. My much loved little Fiat is now back on the road thanks to Ricambio. Cannot thank you enough. Zena Mayes, Birkenhead. Very cheap and very fast delivery.

I've had two bad experiences buying parts from the website and then a very inflexible response from the man described as the Manager. I'd urge extreme caution. In total I've placed three reasonable orders for parts for a Classic Panda, on the second order I selected the only available rear brake hose from the website and it duly arrived as part of a bigger consignment, unfortunately it was 340mm and not 210mm long. When it was queried we where told in very black and white terms that we'd ordered the wrong one and had to order again - which we did incurring both the cost of the part and an extortionate delivery cost. Twenty minutes later the website was changed to show two options, one at 340mm and one at 210mm. The third order was similar, I ordered two rear brake cylinders which again arrived as part of a bigger consignment and where the only available ones on the 'Panda Classic' section of the website. They looked correct and we fitted them but when we came to connect the brake lines it turned out the brake union thread was M10x1.25 rather than M10x1.0. I called and explained the situation and asked for their support in replacing them on the basis that I didn't feel it was entirely my fault but I was told a: they wouldn't take them back because they'd been fitted b: if I was going to buy things from the internet I had to be very careful about what I was buying c: how on earth could I blame them. I wasn't quite called a blithering idiot but it was pretty close. Five minutes after the call the website was changed and now shows two options for Classic Panda rear cylinders! Frankly it feels as if they've learnt a lesson at my expense. Maybe their over the counter service is better but on the basis of their absolute inflexibility and lousy customer service I won't make another internet purchase and I'd urge anybody else to be cautious.

Good service and parts but buyer beware that if you return a part for any reason you will only receive a percentage of the price you paid as a refund and the process is very slow.
