I haven't broken records yet , however have since discovered a pretty good trading system. Regardless, this is a good broker. STP Broker, get withdrawals within 3 days, everything I would want in a broker. Losers give a 1 star. Shame.

Bad indole broker, I made a deposit with cryptocurrencies on the platform, after a few trades I requested the withdrawal, and until today I have not been able to recover the money they are asking for proof of wallet, even sending the document with the transaction, they are inventing a lot of things for not pay, stay away that broker or you will be without your money

It seems people are getting confused between mam accounts and the actual broker. The broker just executes the trades. It’s not their responsibility to deal with risk management of externally managed accounts. It’s the retail trader at fault to invest in get rich quick schemes managed by “Instagram influencers”. Manage your own account or create a bot and be responsible for your own profits or losses. If you want someone to manage your trading - go for institutional managed funds that trade according to strict mandates.

Was also part of the MAM account that was a complete scam from the beginning, was doing what I thought to be quite well, have proof of me requesting a certain amount, then agreeing and then coming back to me saying they will deduct around 95%. Moving on in the space of 2 days blew my entire account - massive trades were being lost continuously (think someone has taken the £4m account and ran) funny they have gone from 4.8 starts to 1.6 as I write this! STAY AWAY FROM INFINOX

FOR EVERY CLIENT WHAT THEY DONE IS THEY LINKED MY ACCOUNT AND EVERYONE ELSE TO THEIR ACCOUNT AND THEN AFTER 2 MONTHS THEY JUST TOOK ALL MY MONEY IN 5 MINUTES TO 0. i have try to contact this people but they just not replying at all.

Please do not invest your hard earned money with these jokers. They have scammed loads of people over the last 6 months including me (thankfully only a very small amount) which all became apparent on Christmas Eve. Not only did they ruin countless families Christmas, other unfortunate people have lost their life savings. 1 star is generous for these cockroaches, FCA, Action Fraud and MasterCard are investigating this company now. Lost £1000 because of this company. They scammed me alongside with the help from their Bahamas branch which defrauded me of all all my savings. They have been negligent and fraudulent in there advertising and handling of the services provided hiding behind social media marketers who they pay to advertise their services. They are now trying to silence the situation and hide behind their Bahamas branch because there are less laws there.
They lost in total £4M worth of equity and their response is 'trading is risky'.

They scam people in smart way. Initially hired people to advertise on Instagram to attract people to invest money. However soon after 1000s people lost over 4 millions pounds. Not trustworthy. Stay well away if you want to save yourself.

Really disheartening to be reading all these negative reviews about Infinox so I thought I'd give my honest experience about them. I have been with Infinox for the past 6 months and have nothing but great things to say about them. Issues I've had in the past have been resolved within the day, customer support is great as well as the execution on orders.. Common denominator seems to be the money manager and not the broker... Still using them and will continue to use them until a genuine issue arrises.

This is a duplicate review of one that I have posted on Trustpilot, which has since been reported by Infinox for contravening certain guidelines. This was as expected, as they report all negative reviews on that site. I have asked for it to be reinstated as soon as possible, as I thoroughly checked the guidelines and my review before posting it.
Myself and my family lost £3000 at Christmas, due to the crash of a £4 million MAM account that was operated by Infinox in conjunction with another company called IX Capital Group Ltd. We were misled and taken advantage of. We were assured that our investment was held with an FCA regulated broker, Infinox in the UK, but our money ended up in their Bahamas branch (which is not regulated).
Infinox UK are not taking any responsibility for this major loss, affecting thousands of people, as they say they are not linked with their Bahamas branch, which is simply not true, as I prove below.
The trading agent authorised to trade on the MAM account was IX Capital Group Ltd based in the Bahamas. The CEO of Infinox UK (registered at Companies House as Infinox Capital Limited), is also Director of a company called Infinox Limited according to Companies House. Until October 31st 2019, IX Capital Group Ltd (the trading agent of the MAM that lost all of the money) was the only shareholder of Infinox Limited and the aforementioned CEO of Infinox UK was the only Director - so the link between the two is very clear. I feel that the lack of transparency here is absolutely shocking.
I have reported the facts I have discovered to the FCA and the police via Action Fraud, and will also be reporting to my local MP in the hope that an investigation will take place. Infinox UK persistently take reviews down from this site, stating that they are an execution only platform and are not responsible for any trading activities on their site. However they cannot deny the facts above as they are in the public domain. I would be extremely happy if Infinox UK would contact me to resolve this situation, but I very much doubt that will happen. We have learnt a very hard lesson.

Wish I could give it 1 star, as others have previously stated they lost millions of pounds on the 24th of December, whether that was because of poor risk management or fraud I lost 100% of my equity and could even go into negative. Particularly, they have no accountability for their actions, but the fault lies with the company, their associates Tristan Jones and Gurvin Singh (@gs_3).

Complete scam! lost £1000 in two days; 24th and 26th of dec'19. Prior to losing, will not allow withdraw from the account. When I rang them the first time to ask what my draw down was, they said it was -83% and when I called back a few weeks later, it was -93% this was including my capital, meaning at the time, if I had gone ahead, I would have only been able to take out just 7% of my entire money. Tried to find out why this was so, they said it was part of a MAM account, which according to them, was managed separately.
From day one, they had a plan to scam innocent investors. Beware of infinox and all their affiliates including Knightsbridge Trading Academy, they are all fraudsters and scammers.

I have trusted them initially with GS3 Trading however found out it was false advertising; the service they provide.
Please don’t use them. These brokers were unfair and didn’t manage the risk very well.
They don’t regulate their promoters and hence many of us fell into their trap.
The whole group lost around 3million £.

It has been a disaster so far and we were unable to withdraw. There were over a thousand clients involved and we are all affected. If there is any recovery of all the lost money for all clients, including me, then I will update my review. But if we are not compensated fairly, then Infinox deserves less than one star because of poor risk management and fraudulent activity. This is unacceptable and there will be consequences.

Stay away from these guys. As other reviews say this company gives no information on the MAM and are currently losing money by trading poorly.
I deposited £5000 into my account to start trading with, after a month I requested to remove £2000 from my account but was informed that the draw down on the MAM 80% and If I was to make this withdrawal I would lose 80% of my investment. This Drawn down has only continued to grow and now is sitting at about 95%...
No real explanation was given on the situation before asking for funds. All the reviews online seem legit but I can tell you from experience that they are not... Any email sent to them is left for days with out any response and the support team clearly don't know what is going on.
DO NOT INVEST WITH INFINOX.
