Very attentive initially then once I'd agreed to go with them completely unprofessional at every point. I would have switched but my business application was already delayed due to them so I figured staying with Rangewell would be quicker.... It wasn't!. At least one mistake made at every point of the application, delayed submission and telling me things had been sent when they hadn't and communication was extremely poor. Delayed my business transaction significantly and when any enquiries were made it was very difficult to get hold of the person I was dealing with. Awful experience never to be repeated. Anyone in Optics save yourself a headache and go with the brokers recommended by Myers La Roche.

I made an online application for a business loan. A man called me to discuss the details of my application, also asked further personal details. He promised will contact me in a few days regarding the offers from lenders (he said "I have a good chance to get a loan"). However he never called me back and whenever I tried to contact him, somebody else picked up his phone and told me his colleague will contact me soon.
Don't waste your time with them!

As a start up childcare business looking for finance ,rangewell were the only lenders not to turn me away, they had sourced two lenders Marium and Vinod were helpful, reassuring, prompt and professional.
All banks and other financial institutions closed the door on me at a very crucial time , I really have empathy for small businesses who are struggling during these unprecedented times that we are all having to endure and cope with

After doing research and speaking to other brokers at the same time. I am grateful to work with Rangewell, they have done exceptional work to find us a great deal. After hassling me with daily phone calls (More than just 1 a day) I filled out an online form. Since I did this, no contact whatsoever. Trying to remember whether there was any information on the form that could be utilised.
