Although booked with the mechanic a few days ago for installing stereo, quite unfortunately we had to wait almost an hour until the mechenic could lend us a hand. Under the blazing sun and a row of three plastic chairs, this store gets a three star. Other than that, staff here are friendly and helpful.

I booked an appointment for my bike assessment at 11.30am and the staff told me when that the appointment is not important. And that I had to queue as anyone else. It made me question why bother filling a form for an appointment in the first place.
The staff in the shop was unhelpful.
