Plenty of choice and very friendly staff... A very good place to shop in the local area. I gave it a 4 out of 5 purely because the price of things isn't always too practical... But I suppose that's what you get shopping at Waitrose (£6 for a pizza... I'll pass thanks)

Fairly standard Waitrose, has a good fruit and veg section and fairly good free from section. Cafe is usually very busy but has a good atmosphere and the majority of staff are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent smaller sized supermarket, excellent range of edible fish and meat types and cuts. Operates scan and pay, which personally I find exceptionally helpful and time saving.

Louise at the checkout is always friendly and cheerful. This store however is often out of stock. But it's Waitrose so its still the best supermarket.

Very knowledgeable staff and a clean and safe store. There's also a coffee shop although I've not been there yet. Section managers know their stuff and are happy to answer questions.

Those who don't shop in Waitrose seem to take pleasure in knocking it, but they are by far and away the best supermarkets, this branch in particular. The experience starts with a large free car park - you may on occasion queue to get out - continues with a genuinely different shopping experience and usually ends with a free cappuccino from the cafe, bakery, deli or even customer services department! Dishing out so much free tea and coffee you would expect Waitrose to be expensive, it isn't the cheapest in town but it does offer excellent value on top quality produce. Food served in the cafe is notably good, restaurant rather than cafe standard, the bakery has a mouth watering selection of delicacies too. An added bonus here is that you can order from John Lewis online and have delivery free to this store, with the neatest JL store being over 30 miles away this is a popular option for many.

The car park is horrendous its small badly laid out and signage is poor.. The shop well its a shop..there's a small place to eat which is ok... Staff are friendly enough but its not somewhere I would shop on a daily basis.. Prefer the one on western road...

All Waitrose supermarkets are a good place to shop but this one in Neville road Hove has 2 good Coffee shops inside and when the weather is good you can sit outside in the 1st coffee shop just inside reception area , great coffee, I'm sure you have come to realise that I love Coffee!!. The shop is quite spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. BUT and unfortunately a big BUT the CAR PARK is badly designed (ie : Lewes same problem) and when you have finished shopping and leave the C/Park you have to drive down this not very well signed Exit road that seem to go on for an eternity plus you have to pass CORALS Dog Racing building with people crossing in front of your car , quite dangerous for pedestrians.

Went to the sushi bar for a quick bite to eat, if you can fork out the cash then it's worth it. Other than than it's a normal Waitrose and slightly expensive for my taste, but nothing worth having doubts over

Lots of choice: big supermarket, pharmacy, cafe front of house and bakery cafe in the back corner, deli, meat counter, sushi bar. 2hrs free parking for customers, which us really handy for bilingual school partents and visitors to Hove Park on the back door step. Llyods staff frequent regularly.

Really like this supermarket. Easy to get to, easy(ish) parking and although you have to pay just under £1 for an hour, you do get a refund when you spend £15 or more in Waitrose. Nicely laid out inside the store. Great customer service. Always very helpful and a convienient John Lewis click and collect location. I'd give it 5-stars if there where shopping trolley drop offs in the carpark, so you didn't have to wheel it back to the store front. You'll also need a £1 coin to unlock yourself a trolley; and finally, the carpark exit is a pain if you're parked in the lower rows. You will have to go round again in the one way system to reach it. So next time, park nearer the buildings, if you can, for a simple exit.
