Poor service, after making a claim. They carried out an unauthorised credit check and rejected my claim for having some negative on my credit file. Please stay away they will find anything and everything to get out of the claim and cancel the policy not worth it at all !

I have just cancelled my policy because I’ve been incredibly unimpressed with the service after my phone was stolen. My phone was stolen on Jan 3rd and my claim was only accepted on 18 Feb, receiving my payout on 22 Feb as well as a 40% increase in my premium. And then received a The amount of time I have wasted chasing up the Davies group and the claim has not been worth my while and then not to be paid out for the phone accessories is not my ideal customer service. The whole time it has felt as though your company has done everything they can to make me throw in the towel and just not claim my insurance, or hope I'd forget? If I hadn’t followed up the numerous times I did, I believe I would not have been paid out for my phone. I was also not paid out for any single phone accessory (cover, protector, earphones). In my telephone consultation with one of the insurance brokers, she asked me “what were you wearing when your phone was stolen” and “why do you think you were targeted”. I was gobsmacked. What a question to ask a woman in this day and age after the #metoo era. I am almost certain this would not have been asked of a man. It felt like an intimidation or shaming tactic for me having my phone stolen. An experience I would have preferred not to endure and then to go through this line of questioning. I am thoroughly unimpressed, don't use this service.

Very glad I went with Urban Jungle. Lost my phone recently and they sorted out my claim very quickly with little hassle! Had the money sent to my account in 48 hours and so wasn't out of pocket for very long. Definitely worth it!

Absolutely discussed with this company have waited 7 weeks for an insurance claim to go through to be told I have to wait over another a week to have a telephone interview !!!! All the years I've had insurance never in my life have I waited this long not even for a car insurance claim !!!! I've had to chase every single week every other day get told one thing by some then something else by someone else communication Is disgusting never will I use thus company again !!!!

Why isn't this address on your website? Why did I have to google you to find your contact information. Are you breaching ecommerce regulations by not providing bricks and mortar address? This does not feel trustworthy to me and I will not be buying insurance from you.
